My family, friends and I had been coming to better vapes between the Jerseyville and Godfrey…read morelocation since I moved here 8 years ago. It's always been a solid option on vape supplies. As of mid October the store itself has had a significant decline. They never had my supplies I needed anymore whether it be juice, or coils. My favorite was rascalian and my partners was the kid. They have not carried that juice in my desired nicotine level since mid October or my coils. Apparently Charla doesn't work there anymore and she was wonderful. She was always on top of my stuff and very friendly with us and always had stocked up what I needed. I called the Godfrey location today because they are supposed to open up in Jerseyville at 11 and nobody was there as of 11:15. I wanted to know if they were closed for some reason today. The worker told me to wait 5-10 minutes which I was okay with. So I waited and nobody arrived. Two other customers pulled up while I was waiting and I filled them in. They have since hired somebody who clearly didn't receive adequate training because since Charla has left they are out of everything we are looking for. The other two customers quickly agreed that it's gotten bad. After they took off I decided to call the store back because it had been 40 minutes since they were supposed to open. I told the worker at the Godfrey location and after the worker talked to the owner told me the Jerseyville worker was sick and not coming in. Which I can understand. Then I asked to speak to the owner and was told he was busy mixing juice in the back and cannot come to the phone. So the worker offered to take a message. When I began sharing my concerns about the new worker and how things are being ran the worker began getting rude. I told them Charla was an amazing worker to the store and the dude said "you mean the girl who left without putting in her two weeks." Since when do businesses say something like that to a concerned customer voicing their opinions and concerns. If that was true I don't blame her. She dodged a bullet. After 8 years I will be taking my business elsewhere as well as my family. I will be contacting all friends about this as well and they can decide whether they want to deal with this establishment. What a joke. Avoid at all costs. Just disappointment these days.

The decor was a little lacking, but I've been spoiled by all of the dispensaries I have been to over the years and the customer service seems to make up for it.
