This was my favorite dispensary....I only went to this dispensary. The bud tenders know the product and are friendly. As I said. It was my favorite place. Then I met the "manager", who took an instant and vocal dislike towards me. He made snide comments, he talked under his breath, he glared at me everytime I he was there, and I was. He was rude and antagonistic and his attitude was disrespectful and anti-lesbian. IVTHC is my personal favorite! I visit this location weekly and just cant get enough. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I can always count on their suggestions being spot on. The prices are the lowest in town!!! You earn points with each purchase that you can use later. They have vendor visits weekly which helps with the deals too! The. Staff welcome you by name and make you feel welcome every time! I've tried many of their wax pens which are amazing. The edibles taste great & do the trick every time. But the flower is the real reason for most of my visits. They have amazing flower and deals on it! This desert Hot Springs dispensary is a little hidden gem right off of the main road. Parking is not the greatest at this location however I always seem to get lucky and find a spot. If you don't happen to get so lucky when you come here, just park on the street as there is plenty of parking on the side street on the main road in front. Once you come inside, you are always greeted by an friendly security guard. After you're checked in, you walk inside and you are helped by some of the coolest and smartest bud tenders out here! They don't have a lot of people here but they certainly have selected the right people to work here! The vibe is very chill and ultra friendly and usually you can find people joking and laughing here, teasing each other and their vendors :-) I happen to be a vendor (Hey! Shout out Heavy Hitters! Shout out Rad!!) and I spend a great deal of time inside of dispensaries. They are not all the same. They do not all have an amazing selection of wraps, glass, accessories, flour, vape cartridges, topicals, edibles, drinks, you name it. What do you want because they likely have it. Can't come get it? Don't worry! They will deliver it to you. Abe will forever be one of my favorite people in this industry for feeding me a chicken burrito on a day that I was starving. I know that sounds silly but it just proves the character of the people that work here. Just genuine, down-to-earth, kind hearted and good people. This place wasted my time today and I'll never go back. I have a small service dog that fits in a messenger bag, and usually they let me in, but today we were turned away because apparently my dog will "contaminate the product?" My roommates and I will go somewhere else even though this place is a block away from us. You guys are budtenders not biologists, you have no clue about germs and what not.
