Dr. Robin is more thorough then any doctor has ever been. She spends a good 45 minutes each time fixing them up. No doctor has ever spent more than 15 minutes with them before running on to the next patient. She explains everything so we understand what is wrong and she works to prevent it from happening again. Most of the time she runs on time. I'm sure we are the family that screws up her schedule when we come. Her office is not new and shiny like most modern doctors but don't let that discourage you because the care is very old-school thorough.

When I informed her this was groupon, she reported that they would be billing my insurance company for a consultation. She also verified that I would be required to pay my insurance co-pay. None of this was in the fine print on the groupon site, and it felt too much like double billing for me. I refused the treatment and walked out of the office.

They…read moresay they have been in business for more than 30 years, and they probably still have the original staff. The staff is rude and unprofessional. They are in completely over their head. They totally messed up the insurance approvals and the hospital had to straighten them out. If you are looking for a frustrating and aggravating experience, Dr. Rosenzweig and his staff are the place to go. Just make sure your life insurance policy is paid up before you go!

I'm writing this review to share with the community the extra mile Dr. Peters went to see to it…read morethat the orthotics he prescribed for me work well and are comfortable for me. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, I had a lot of trouble adjusting to the orthotics for my left foot. I received the initial pair in August 2014, and had to come back to Dr. Peters roughly five or six times over the subsequent nine months. I certainly wished the troubles I had were not so time-consuming, but what was appreciated was that despite this, Dr. Peters spent the extra time and worked on adjustments to ensure I was comfortable. Further, he agreed not to charge me any co-pays, and as the calendar year changed (and my insurance deductible kicked in), Dr. Peters agreed not to charge me at all for the final few appointments. He was committed to making sure the orthotics worked for me, even without earning additional fees for the added services. I am appreciative of the high level of care Dr. Peters continues to provide even though, at this point, the economics for him and his office are unfavorable. The extra care goes a long way, and I am happy to share this experience with the community since I know we often complain about patient care elsewhere.

I found Dr. Greenbaum to be both highly knowledgeable and professional and very easy to be treated by. The practice is located close by to Rye RR station and there is also plenty of parking available at the practice building. Highly recommended and I shall certainly be using Dr. Greenbaum's services for my future foot needs.
