Talk about bad business! This company solicited us from a Facebook post during our search for a…read morevideographer for our wedding, and decided to CANCEL on us based on the "terms in their contract". After meeting with both partners and expressing our interest in using them, and even as far as going through the contract with one of them on the phone, it was expressly clear of our intent to hire them for our wedding. Especially after signing and returning the contract SAME DAY. My fiancee informed one of the partners that she needed to move some funds into her checking account in order to pay them for the agreed upon total of the contract, come to find out, we did not pay them within their "48-hour payment window". While this is stipulated in the fine print of their contract, funds were being moved over a weekend (Sunday / bank closure) as we told them, and upon follow up of payment after the funds cleared, this company informed us they have already engaged with another party to work with over our wedding weekend without a single word from them. Nice people to talk to, will stab you in the back with the "terms of their contract". Do not book them if you are in need of a wedding videographer, or your plans will change quickly!

He had no problem taking phone calls months/weeks before to discuss our vision and we never doubted his work for a second leading up to our wedding day. We had two ceremonies in Mid July 2017. One at the Santa Clara Catholic Church in Oxnard and the other ceremony/reception at Eden Gardens in Moorpark and he knew ALL the perfect angles at both venues. He even met up with us early in the morning as both parties were getting ready at separate locations and kept EVERYONE smiling throughout the day. We knew we had chosen the best and once we viewed our digital pictures we nearly cried at how amazing they came out! Alex, we loved spending every moment with you and JoJo, cant wait to finalize our photo album for our families to see. We hope to use you in the near future as no one can come close to your level of expertise! Thank you!

I have heard of White Rose for many years prior to planning my wedding but Alex was formally introduced to us by our planner, Elegant Events. Leading up to our wedding I would stalk their social media pages, dreaming of how our wedding day would turn out. The day of my wedding Alex and his team showed up and went above and beyond my expectations. They worked so collaboratively with my photographer and the rest of my vendors. So seamless. I genuinely mean it when I say I would plan an event around his availability just to make sure he's the one there capturing it. My wedding morning started off as an absolute mess, and somehow Jay helped turn what could have been such a stressful day into one of the most beautiful and memorable nights of my life. He went so far beyond being our photographer. When something went wrong, he stepped in to help. When certain photos earlier in the day didn't turn out the way we had dreamed, he made sure we still got the pictures we had envisioned. He paid attention to every little detail and somehow always knew exactly what needed to be done without us even having to ask. The patience Jay and his entire team had with us was unbelievable. I truly cannot thank them enough. But what made this experience so special was that it became about so much more than photography. Jay's personality, his heart, and the energy he brings with him are incredibly rare. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people in front of his camera and about making their day as special as possible. I would never consider another photographer after this experience. And coming from a client, I can confidently say Jay should be charging even more than he does, because the experience he gives you is worth every single penny and so much more. Jay, thank you for not only capturing one of the most important days of our lives, but for becoming such an unforgettable part of it.
