You will also be signed up for their emails and get an extra discount on the clearance room!! Now....I am schooling you on something that took me 2 times to catch on to.....when looking at the price tag, the price in BOLD is the starting price. The item will get cheaper if not sold by a certain date. So if you have your heart set on a pair of Gucci shoes that you think are still too pricey, just check the dates on the tag when it will be reduced in price and come back then!! Of course, you risk losing it to someone else who isn't going to wait. But that is the fun of shopping. I have gotten some great finds here. My favorite are a pair of black leather knee high stilletto boots with leather ruffles down the side.

Dollar General is a discount store chain that sells name-brand and private brand merchandise…read more I shopped in this particular store one time. The shelves looked to be full stocked. The store looked uncluttered and clean. As I walked up and down the aisles, I saw foods, beverages, health products, beauty products, cleaning supplies, basic apparel, housewares, seasonal decorations, office supplies, children's toys, pet supplies, auto products, gift cards, and more. Some products such as Gatorade drinks were priced lower than at competing retailers, and other products such as hair conditioner were priced higher. I selected a few products to buy. One cash register was open, so I waited in line for a few minutes. (Thank you to the gentleman who invited me to go ahead of him.) The cashier said hello, accurately rang up my purchase, and wished me a good day.

I feel like they are always stocking shelves but they're still empty. There's always giant carts in the middle of the aisles making it difficult to maneuver around the store. The prices are pretty expensive for it being a discount store. I would compare their prices to a Giant Eagle or Shop n Save. It is convenient though when I need to run in on my way home for an item I forgot while out grocery shopping. The staff seems kind of unpleasant and cranky :/
