After some quick instruction, the kids, ranging from 6-12 years old, all dove into their own creations. Chip helped as needed, but really let the kids be the creators, which I really appreciated. He had all kinds of supplies, from various shaped buckets to kitchen utensils, that were "repurposed" as sand sculpting tools. The kids were so into their creations, they barely looked up for 3 hours! In the end, they had lots of compliments from people on the beach, and very happy parents. He showed them some very basic stuff so they wouldn't get frustrated and then built upon that foundation. He came with lots of equipment for us so we weren't providing or hauling anything ourselves. Chip was so friendly! He helped set my worrying mom-mind at ease. He seemed to sense when the kids had enough of one activity and moved on to the next. I told her my son has been level 3 mastered for months. The coaches won't move him up. She changed him to level 4 classes and I scheduled 12 for the rest of the month. My wife took him today, Friday June 06, 2025, he has been wanting to ring that bell for months to finally be level 4. He goes there excited and they tell him he can not ring the bell and is still level 3. They have been telling us this for months, even after a manager moved him to level 4. He came home really sad and as a parent I was upset. I am not taking him there anymore just for more disappointment. Also, one of the coaches told my wife if she pays another $175 he can be fast tracked to level 4. What the heck!?!?! I am asking for a refund of the 12 classes he is not going to attend this month.

When we arrived and paid (nearly $300 for two people), she made a comment about having "seen crumpled one-dollar bills before but never hundreds," which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Throughout the ride, she micromanaged constantly despite us following instructions and staying behind her horse the entire time. At the end of the ride, when I said thank you, she commented that it looked like my shorts were undone. They were slightly baggy Levi shorts -- that's the style -- and they were clearly not undone. When I calmly said, "No, they're just baggy," she turned to the other attendants as we were walking out and asked them to look and confirm. At that point, we simply left. Making personal comments about a guest's clothing and involving other people was unnecessary and inappropriate. For the price paid, I expected professionalism and a welcoming atmosphere -- especially for a birthday celebration. The horses were wonderful, but the overall experience felt overly critical and oddly personal at times. For guests celebrating special occasions, a more professional and welcoming tone would have made a big difference.

We laughed hysterically. Had a sudden torrential downpour of rain fall on us. It lasted maybe 2 minutes. Played the entire course with no more issues and most of the slow pokes ahead of us seemed to move on or skipped ahead. There were hardly any flags placed in the holes. Do folks not know what to do? The youngsters running the place on 6.20.2025 were nice and respectful. The main downfall for me were the lone women's restroom - they just weren't all that clean and needed remodeling.
