Kevin and Ryan did an outstanding job keeping us informed about every aspect of the process. They both were courteous and very professional. They moved all the rugs, furniture and heavy items and returned them to their original places. They also explained the process of keeping the floors in tip top shape going forward. To top it off the price was the best we received and my wife is extremely pleased and that's all that matters. I would highly recommend The Groutsmith of Estero and Kevin and Ryan if you are thinking of restoring your tile floors. Wally L Estero

We just had our grout cleaned & sealed by Dirty Grout, and they did an exceptional job…read more The grout on our tile floors was so bad, I was embarrassed to have people in our home. We've only been in the home two years, but judging by the condition of the grout when we purchased it, I have to believe the previous owners had never had the grout cleaned. It was BAD. We tried several DIY methods with mixed results, but with 2,700-sq. ft. of house -- most of it tiled -- the job was just too big to do ourselves. A neighbor recommended Dirty Grout to us, so we called for an estimate. Tom, the owner, came & quoted what we found to be a VERY reasonable price. His team showed up precisely when he said they would, they were courteous & professional, and they even took care of a few extra little things for us at no additional charge. And at the end of the day, we were left with like-new looking grout. I am so, so pleased with the work they did & so, so upset with myself for waiting so long to have it done.

Great Work, Reasonable Prices, Grout and Tile Cleaning done in a timely and professional manner…read more Why didn't I hire Grout Like New sooner? For the last few years, I have been trying different DYI ways to clean the grout on my bathroom, as well as the tiles throughout the whole house. I doubt there was a product on the store shelves that I didn't try. Plus, cleaning and sealing the whole house was painful on the back and knees. My husband and I decided we needed professional help. After a couple of vendor estimates, we found Grout Like New to be reasonable and was able to schedule the service the following week. My husband hired Charlie on the spot and I am so glad he did. Charlie and Elijah cleaned my whole house in 2 days. They moved the furniture, took off the rugs, and moved them all back when dry. (I attached some pictures of the before and after, as well as the process of moving the furniture. ) Amazing! The floor tiles and master bathroom shower looks like it did when we just moved into our newly built home. I couldn't be happier; I was singing in my newly cleaned shower after the 2 days of drying time. I recommended Grout Like New to a friend for her master shower. She was able to get an estimate and the work completed on the same day; she was thrilled. Another friend had her whole house and 2 bathrooms cleaned and sealed the same week. We are all happy customers and recommend them highly.
