I am the event coordinator for the City of Van Alstyne and we have used this business for 4 years to secure characters for our annual summer Splash Bash. Working with this company is not only easy but the owner and staff go above and beyond to make this event spectacular! It is no easy task being outside in the Texas summer in costume but to embrace the weather all while dancing, playing and interacting with 1000 plus guest for a city function is astounding! It's A Party did a FANTASTIC job!!! We had major thunderstorms, which caused us to relocate our party at the last minute. They were quickly to accommodate, no questions asked...just, "tell us where you need us to be." They showed up on time (in a rain and hail storm), and once the Transformers appeared, my son was the happiest 5 year old ever! They danced, played games, handed out prizes, and really kept every child (and adult) entertained! We will definitely be booking them again. Oh!!! And the icing on the cake...Sylvester, the organizer/owner. Very kind and great to work with. He even called right after the party to make sure things went smoothly. 2016 Yelp 100 Challenge Review #42 I have used this costumed character rental service twice this summer and both times were exceptional. They always arrive on time. The package comes with a two-man team. One is the character and the other is the MC/DJ with their own music. You can, of course, request songs to be played. They also play games with the kids, and of course you can request specific games you'd like to be conducted. They are very attentive to the birthday boy/girl and interact well with all of the kids. I have booked SpiderMan and The Hulk. I wanted Iron Man but they were honest enough to inform me that their current IronMan suit was underpar and would not receive the new one until after my scheduled date. I love that type of honesty, it shows they care about what they are offering and what you are getting as a customer. I would highly recommend. The booking process is easy and done online.
