I dropped off a bunch of boxes last week, which was a simple experience. I decided to have a quick…read morelook in store since I was already there, I was pleasantly surprised. Clothing was priced very well, they had one colour code for clothing at 50 % off another for $.50, yes 50 cents. A nice employee told me they always have really good deals at the beginning of the month. I found 3 tops that were perfect for me at a great price, there selection was good and I would of bought more if more of what I liked had fit. The first volunteer who talked with me seamed to really like working there, she said she's been there for 10 years, and they are always looking for more volunteers. My great aunt has also volunteered there for over 20 years and i was surprised to see a number of other familiar faces volunteering there also. Looks like they all were enjoying being there. The store had a renovation about 1.5 years ago, it looked a lot larger then the last time I was there. It is now much more open and easier to manoeuvre through. Proceeds from this store go to charity. Have fun shopping and donating merchandise.

If I would live in kelowna, I could find lots of useful things at the store. I've never seen a thrift store with changing rooms! How great is that? Again - there are some treasures here but there are also overpriced Costco items, you've been warned. The store is laid out in a reasonable way, and there is enough room to move around comfortably. I find the displays have the appropriate amount on them so I don't get overwhelmed. They are relatively strict about the consignments they'll accept, so most of the items are in good if not great condition. I like the sliding price, each items price is reduced after a month or so and then again a few weeks later - all of that info is on one price tag. Mostly friendly, helpful staff. Kudos to them for supporting local women through the Cinderella Program.
