With less than 12 hours' notice, I called Ultimate Movers, and the owner immediately went above and beyond to help. He worked hard to put together a crew on such short notice and made sure everything was moved safely into a storage unit. The crew worked until 11:00 PM to get everything taken care of, and their dedication, professionalism, and kindness did not go unnoticed. I cannot express how grateful we are to have had such incredible people step in during such a difficult time and help us when we needed it most. The owner was excellent at communicating throughout the entire process and was quick to find solutions despite the challenges. My family and I will never forget the compassion and generosity that Ultimate Movers showed us. Thank you, Ultimate Movers, for turning an incredibly stressful situation into one that felt manageable. We will always be grateful.

Amy gave me back my life. No more going to the store and buying something that I knew I already owned but couldn't find. No more frustration when trying to make a meal or find something to wear. It was very satisfying to remove all of the junk I didn't really need to move in the first place. When Amy says, "order is restored" , order is restored. We began working together 3 days a week 4 hours per day and continue to work for several months as my health permitted. When we made plans and I couldn't meet the commitment because of my health, Amy was always gracious about rescheduling. I cannot recommend her enough. We started small because I was rather overwhelmed, but it worked out so well. She even worked her magic on my refrigerator. The approximate cost of service provided is an hourly cost.

I even called office to make sure that was their policy. The other company told us all could be left in drawers (including 4 file cabinets). The other movers price was not a lot more. This doubled the amount of work we had to do. Packing every drawer, then finding boxes and unpacking. 2 of the movers were great (except they left my mirror hanging on bedroom wall in old house). The other 2 didn't seem to know much. I'm pretty sure one who looked so young had never done a move since he didn't even know how to take plastic off furniture.

The images show it all that they clearly neglected my items when THEY stored them. I would not know what damage was caused from how THEY stored my things until we moved items out section by section. Which is why I took pictures of items before they were moved so it would be clear who was responsible for the damage. Their response was I should have notified them 96 hour after the move. I guess they thought we should have move out all of our belongings with them within 96 hours of them moving us to show that they damaged the items to only have them move us back into the unit until we were ready to move....that clearly makes sense.
