Am 16. November habe ich bei der Firma İstikbal/Bellona ein Produkt gekauft. Während des Beratungsgesprächs wurde mir zugesichert, dass ich den Vertrag problemlos stornieren könne, falls ich es mir anders überlege. Als ich dann tatsächlich stornieren wollte, wurde mir plötzlich eine Stornogebühr von 35 % genannt - davon war zuvor nie die Rede. Ich fühlte mich getäuscht und enttäuscht. Verbraucher sollten vorsichtig sein und sich alle Zusagen schriftlich geben lassen. Leider kann ich diesen Anbieter nicht weiterempfehlen. read more

Ganze Argüden is a very rude person in this establishmen. I would not recommend her for any interaction with customer. Reliable sources also claim that she is and was very rude to her own colleagues thus I would not recommend her for any cooperate establishment. read more
