Seriously! Dr. Schultz has made going to the dentist fun by showing her all the tools, with how gentle she is during cleanings, and my daughter gets to pick something out of the goodie box at the end. I also feel like I've found a forever dentist for myself. She's very thorough when doing cleanings and explains everything. I recently had my bonds upgraded to veneers on six of my teeth, and the process went very smooth. Dr. Schultz took me in as soon as the veneers came in from the lab (literally called me 30 mins after they arrived!) to switch from my temporaries to the permanents because she knew I had a family party that weekend. I can't thank her enough for the work she did - they look beautiful! I went from being embarrassed to smile, to proudly showing my smile again. I highly recommend her to anyone!

His support staff has been courteous and helpful with scheduling and handling insurance. I recently moved out of the area and found a new dentist. After my first visit, I decided Dr. Demas was worth the semiannual commute to Park Ridge. I highly recommend his practice if you are looking for a great dentist.

Now all my crowns and bridge is worn down and has holes because it wasn't cemented correctly. Now I have at least $15,000 worth of dental work to be done. I called the office and left a vm explaining what happened. I used to be a dental assistant. You have to check the bite to make sure it's not hitting other teeth and dental work so this doesn't happen. I never got a call back and now I'm stuck with a big expense.

He is very thorough, attentive and utilizes the most modern practices and procedures. After his examination, he took time to outlined a very comprehensive plan to attend to all procedures needed for my dental needs. I just moved into the area and having to switch to new doctors always made me felt nervous, especially when I am due with my baby at any moment and having to go through a whole new dental procedure. First of all, her dental office was extremely clean and all the equipments were new and updated. She and her staff spent about an hour examining my teeth and that made me felt like they really care about their patients. I also wasn't aware that the first visit usually only consists of "check-ups" and patients needed to schedule a follow-up appointment for routine cleaning - but after communicating my situation with Dr. Luna (with a baby due any moment), she squeezed me into her busy schedule today so I can have my teeth examined and cleaned before my due date. On top of that, she was more thoughtful and careful that I was that she recommended putting all the other procedures (such as X-rays and etc.) postpartum and double made-sure that my teeth would have no problem in the next six months before I come back to see her again. I am really glad that I picked Dr. Luma as my new dentist. I felt very comfortable and taken cared of as a patient here. Thank you, doctor!
