So nice to finish my project , and because they are so helpful for a gal looking for a project piece I can imagine buying a whole room or house of carpet would be a pleasant experience ! I was uncertain about the color of the floor but A contractor, along with the store representative talked me into buying it. Upon delivering when my product I was told I had to unload it myself! I then opened a box of the flooring and found the colors greatly varied from the sample piece I earlier brought home and realized it would not work for the setting I had. So a couple days after it was delivered, I called the store to see if I could return it/or exchange it for something else. then he tells me I could not return it! After paying $2500 for it not even a store credit ! Bad business , I advise everyone I know to not buy anything from this place

They arrived on time, quickly and very professionally stretched the carpet snug again in all areas, hallway, stair landing and so forth. Looked great. Even better, when a small bubble appeared the next day, I phoned and they came back immediately, fixed the area within minutes. Plus, they follow COVID safety procedures. When contacting the company, we were told they would come to fix the problem. They didn't show up at the pre-arranged time, and then didn't return any of my calls. Laminate boards started to discolour in ways that could only be because of defective boards. There was no explanation given as to why this would happen, and left up to us to replace the affected boards. After only three years in our home with brand new flooring throughout, we are already looking at needing to replace carpet in all the bedrooms. Not impressed.

My brother indicated to me that the install was incredibly poor and the company should stand by their work and repair it. I am incredibly disappointed with this company and how we were treated. I would recommend no one deal with this company as they do not stand by their work and use sub par materials but charge as if they are top quality.
