I stopped shopping here after they sold me expired vape juice 2 times in a row. Bear with me as…read morethis experience happened next door, but involves the OWNER of this vape shop. I happened to be stopping in the gas station next door and this guy comes in immediately telling me to not buy vapes from here and they're "fake" I told him I'm going to continue to buy what I want. This guy then proceeds to hold his phone up and video record the worker at the gas station about how he's going to come in and talk to his brother. I didn't catch a lot because I was taken back at what was going on as the gas station worker literally did nothing and this guy came in leaning over the check stand pointing his finger yelling. I asked the gentleman if the worker knew he was recording him. The worked asked this man to kindly leave multiple times, that is all he said to him. The man wasn't leaving. I finally asked what this guy was accomplishing by coming in here acting like this. Threatening he's going to come back when his brother is there. This is the OWNER of the vape shop coming in to harass the gas station workers. I haven't shopped here in awhile, but will spread the word that this is the owners way of handling "competition" I suppose. He apparently does this daily to the gas station workers. Outrageous this is how the "owner" James operates.

Vape is the best way to steer my husband from his dipping habit, and I appreciate the many great high quality flavors they provide. The lounge has some super cozy leather chairs and a vape bar. There, they have a great many flavors to choose from and Jake helped us find the right ones and let us test a whole bunch of flavors, and just before closing too. What a swell guy. My husband bought the 60ml juice of the Dunk'd coffee and donuts flavored vape and he loves it, lasted him about 2 weeks. For a sweet vape we got Space Jam's Particle X, which tastes like cotton candy. Thank you guys, we will be back.

I was greeted and told it would be a short wait, totally understandable. While waiting, it became apparent that the customer in front of me had some issue with his (very recent) previous purchase. He was told he couldn't return/exchange it. When the customer attempted to redeem some sort of loyalty email with 10% off this purchase he was told that the server was down. The customer was patient and kind but did say, "Man, I am batting .1000 here! Can't return and can't use the discount." It was soon my turn and the clerk was nice enough and somewhat helpful. He kept having to pause our entire interaction "to vape"; three or four times in our 15-20 minute exchange. That was off-putting. I did make a decision with his help and when I went to pay the server was miraculously restored. It seemed fishy--and a little tacky. The customer restroom was less than clean. Overall is was okay, but not a great experience. There is an "ALL SALES FINAL" sign at the register, and honestly, if I had been in a position to shop-around, I would have done just that.

No one had them or had even heard of my brand!! It took several weeks, but they did eventually find a supplier and I have been happily buying 3 cartons a month from them ever since. If you smoke something other than Marlboro or those nasty Pall Malls...This is definitely the store to go to. They will go the extra mile for 'just one customer', unlike a certain nearby smoke smoke shop I won't even bother naming.
