They greeted me by name when I walked in the door, helped us switch from our 10' truck rental to a 15' foot truck rental so we could have a ramp, and even gave us an extra furniture dolly when we mentioned we were moving a piano. I often use U-haul trucks when I move and this has been the best experience I've had. The truck was clean and ran great! In addition to the U-haul experience, I got to see the storage facility. He is friendly, efficient, and so kind...something that seems to be rare these days! Storage King in Kitty Hawk has been great for us, even when we downsized to a smaller unit. The only downside is the recent increase in pricing, which stinks, but other than that, Chris will help you with anything and everythi ng and he is just an all-around really nice guy. Could not be happier with our experience!
