I truly believe the technician was half assing his responsibilities and did a horrible job if he even sprayed anything.. brought this up with the company and the response was offering is $10 off our monthly bill. I don't care about $10 I wanted our house to be sprayed/treated the way it's supposed to be. If I was the business owner I would of went out to the home and addressed the situation with the homeowner and would have wanted to see what we were complaining about. None of that happened. Piss poor way to treat a customer of 5 years who has never brought up any other issues than the one just listed.

Randy is a top-notch propane guy, he knows more about propane than anybody else that I know and I trust him implicitly. I've known him for more than 20 years and I've called him for all of my propane needs, never had an issue, never had a problem, and always felt like he was my neighbor looking out for me. Randy had his own propane company for about 20 years and he really does know all of the ins and outs of the business. True, Randy is my friend, but even if I didn't consider him a friend I would recommend him highly for propane business... he's the best.
