We put in a new laminate floor throughout our house and the installers did a great job with the quality of the install, but one of the lighter shade boards looked a little out of place given it was right under the front of the fridge. Clay made sure the installers came back to replace it to ensure the full project was done perfectly. Really happy with the end product and the price point was solid especially given the quality of the job. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone and would use them again.

After trying different construction contractors, I found out that only handyman can solve my problems. Unfortunately, the first handyman I came across was a con artist who scammed me and left. Then I came across Jazzy's handyman Service. I called and Deshawn came and looked at the work in the bathroom and kitchen and gave me an estimate. I agreed to the estimate, and he prepared a contract and we signed it. I was surprised when I noticed that he never included what portion of the estimate I should pay in advance. When I asked him, he told me that I would pay him at the end of the project. That was a sign of his confidence in the quality of his work, which impressed me!! We set the date when he would start the project. I was following the day-to-day progress of the project. Deshawn is highly disciplined, enjoys his work, gets lost in his work and loses tracking time. He never cuts corners. He enjoys his work; it is a real meditation for him. This became clear to me when he told me that he left his profession that he was trained for at college up to master's degree, environmental engineering. He followed his passion and went into an area he participated growing up in his family, handyman work. Deshawn is a man of his word. He is punctual, honest, responsible, truthful, trustworthy, and reliable person. I am glad I found a life-time friend!!

From the moment I met Shannon, I knew she was the one to hire. She was professional and knowledgeable. When we opened the shower wall, we found a major issue with a pipe. She problem-solved quickly, had a contact with a high-quality plumber, and got him to come out immediately and fix the issue. Shannon even stayed with the plumber and assisted him, so that the project stayed on track. When I needed to finalize my tile choices, and was nervous about making a mistake, Shannon met me at the tile store and worked with me to feel comfortable and confident moving forward. She has a great eye, amazing taste, and the experience to know which materials work best. In the end, she did complete gut-renovations to both bathrooms. They are more beautiful than I could have even imagined. Shannon and everyone she brought in to help were the best team I've ever used for any home renovations - and I've done many throughout the years in Broward County. I would hire her again in a heartbeat and plan to recommend her to everyone that I know.

She does amazing tile work and she really helped me bring what I wanted to life. There were times where she knew exactly what I was looking for even though I didn't know how to describe it very well (total lack of imagination on my part ha). Somehow, she even made our tiny shower space in our master bathroom feel more spacious! Her team's drywall work is flawless as well. Shannon's attention to detail sets her apart from the rest and she always made sure to keep the space as clean as possible throughout the process. She also took care of some other renovations that we have going on such as painting, our kitchen backsplash, and a few other sentimental projects that are still underway including the pictured accent wall that I love soooo much. A million stars for Shannon. Thank you so much.

Unfortunately, when I moved the stove, I discovered that he left dirt under it. When I called him, he said he didn't clean near stoves because of the electric outlet. He should have told me that before he even took the job so I could have chosen someone who would clean that area or at least so I would have known what to expect. Then when I asked him to return to do that area, he said it would be $200 to come back. There were so many ways to have made me a happy customer. He could have just cleaned that 2 square foot spot by hand, he could have told me he won't clean under stoves so I could pick someone else, he could have let me just nask off that area with a cover so there was no risk of cleaning near it. Instead, I got nothing. So 5 stars, minus 1 for not telling me ahead of time about the stove, minus 1 for the exhorbitant cost to return, and minus another for not living up to his 100% satisfaction guarantee.
