I came home from being gone all day to a mess in my house. Our brand new furniture was ruined and scratched, our couch is filled with drywall dust, ruined our huge new area rug, our floors are scratched, and I could just keep going on. They clogged the gooseneck on our roof that leads to our microwave and so now we can't even use our microwave. They hired a cleaning company to come out and pick up their mess, and the cleaning company did a horrible job, leaving my husband and I to reclean our home and have to get new items to replace what they ruined. They also threw cigarette buds all in our yard- seeing as neither one of us smoke, it was clearly from the roofers. The dumpster was supposed to be removed the day the roof is finished, yet it's still sitting in our driveway preventing us from getting into our garage. The roofers also broke a solar light on the front of our house, clogged our gutters, and left everything a disaster. He interrupts you every time you try to speak to him on the phone, and is the rudest person I've ever had to deal with. Doesn't respond in a timely manner and the company clearly doesn't care. We went with this company as they HAD a good reputation and decent reviews. Seriously it was the worst mistake, and we highly recommend that people choose a company that is more professional, honest, and trustworthy than Total Home Roofing.
