I had been using this service and initially had a good experience, especially with a sitter my…read morechildren were comfortable with. We had an understanding that this specific sitter would be regularly coming to our home, which was very important for consistency with my kids. However, shortly before a scheduled booking, I was informed that she would no longer be coming to us and would instead be working with another family who had specifically requested her. There was no issue with her availability overall -- she was still working, just not with our family -- which made the situation more frustrating given our prior arrangement. Because of this, I was not comfortable having someone new with my children and chose not to proceed with care. What concerned me most was being told I would still be charged due to a weekly package policy, even though I did not receive care and the agreed-upon sitter was no longer available. This policy was not clearly communicated upfront in a way that reflected this type of situation. To their credit, they ultimately agreed not to charge me, which I appreciate. However, the overall experience felt inflexible and not aligned with the level of trust required when it comes to childcare. I would recommend confirming sitter assignments and cancellation terms very clearly before booking. I think the owner of this company is very young, inexperienced, money hungry and has very skewed knowledge on childcare. Oddly enough the reason for my review is two weeks after all this the sitter texted me about her policy that I cannot refer her to others which is WEIRD!!! These people need to leave me alone.

(Ms. Wolf) The "teacher", also known as Ms. Wolf is not only rude, but highly disrespectful and an incompetent educator. She breaks state regulations and does not cater to those who have an IEP due to a vision impairment. My daughter left the school crying, asking if something was wrong with her as this teacher blatantly yelled at her mother. Even more, our daughter was told that she was not allowed to attend school on the given day. This was due to the teacher (Ms. Wolf) becoming outraged. Another teacher had to step in in order to calm her down. This is both unprofessional and ignorant.
