Our boat had been sitting in the yard for four years without being ran. Eric came over to our house and gave a quick diagnostic. The next day he came over, after work, and replaced the battery and nav light. When we got the boat in the water he found it was overheating. He took it back to his shop from our house and did the work. He rode around with us after it was fixed to make sure we were safe. I'm not sure other people would have put that much time and care into their work. He came out to the house numerous times and explained everything very well. Upon inspection, Megan discovered damage to the hull caused by broken bunks on the trailer. She quickly arranged for a fiberglass repair expert to assess the issue and provide an estimate the same day. The repair was completed promptly, and I was able to pick up my boat the next day, ready to head offshore tomorrow. Megan's attention to detail and fast turnaround made all the difference.
