Hi everyone! Today I…read morehad to go into Discount Tire. I had a lead around the valve step of one of my horse trailer tires. When the pulled up at 2:00 it was really busy and I expected a long wait! I waited in line to check in, it was only two people, and Brandon helped me. I told him what was wrong and he asked to see the tire. After he confirmed it was a valve stem issue he took the tire into the service area. I was shocked when he took five minutes and changed the valve stem himself. No fuss. No muss! And most surprising NO CHARGE!! There is no way I could have received better service! Thank you Brandon! Absolutely amazing customer service. I am from Denver and was visiting my father in town and had a…read moreslow leak at the valve if my truck tire. I came in alone and Gary had my valve replaced and my spare put away in about 15 minutes. I asked his advice since my tires were old but didn't have much tread missing on them if he could give me a quote on new tires. His quote came in much cheaper than what I could get in Denver but he didn't pressure me to take the tires. In the end since my tires only have 15,000 miles on them I decide to risk driving on them even though they are older. I appreciated his honesty and the speedy service. I would highly recommend this business and specifically Gary. I wish I did live closer so I could give them more business. Guess I will have to see them next trip!

Cool sounds perfect, but no while replacing the tires they broke 2 of the center hub cap clips which the guy that was changing my tires was honest and showed that they had to clip them off to put them back on. Wasn't no big deal I can replace them, until I went to pay and they were charging full price for the tires. So then I brought up the discount I was quoted for 2 new and 2 used, the owner then told me I was lying, so I brought up the broken clips. Owner then told me well those was already broke even though I saw them take pliers and clip them off. So once again at that point the owner called me a liar told me not to come back. While the mechanic yelling call the laws then call the laws then... this place is 100% trash and I would not recommend or go back too. Don't trust them at their word and video what they do so they dont scam yall. Gladly will not go back
