Hello people's .. Hi, first i want to apologized for my language .. I cant write or speak german…read more But i want to share my experience with this place .. Actually i was the first indian cook they hire to set up thier menu and food .. As we speak about my salary, the owner told me that we speak about it after few days of working as trail so they will know how much i can do . they didnt tell me how much they going to pay me or anything .. Until 20 days of working with out any off 7 days a week , 13 hr per day .. When its time came to give me money .. I wait until the 4th of that month then i ask obout money . they told me that , it is German rule u didnt get paid until 7 of the month .. Then we had little argument about money coz i need to pay my things & even i ask them before .. That i am going to need money on that day .. But when i ask money they ask me if i want to work or not . i answer of course i want to work but i need my money .. So they answer me if u want to work then don't ask money .. When we will hv we will give u .. It can 7, 8 , 9 , 10, can be 15 .. If u dont like u can go now but we will not pay u anything .. & we will not let u work anywhere in Germany.. Than after i left that place widout getting my money .. But i was continuously call them about money after 1 month of calling them. They agree to pay me 3euro 50 cents per hr .. & they pay me 250euro after almost 2 months .. This is not the end they force to cook rotten food . chicken they keep together wid fish in same bowl .. And when its smelling bad bad they ask me to wash it wid vinegar and cook it .. It was the last i can take before i leave . after this incident i left the job in middle day .. Lastly few day back when i was there to collect my money .. I saw 1 new indian cook Nitin Choudhary i say guy hello as we share same city back in india .. The guy he told me he work from few weeks and still didnt get any document to say that he os working there or how much he will get paid .. They make him work 13hrs aswell without any break .. And the sad part the had to leave aswell widout getting paid or any documentation.. Sad .. Thats bad for them now they hv 3rd indan cook in 2& half month since they open .. They lost 3 waiter from opening coz they npt paying on time .. Thats really sad we work hard .. But cant do anything . i was upset for that .. Reason i am writing this post so they can realize it's not good to use people .and threat them .....plz help us (employees) to get wat we deserve .. Plz plz plz share this post to aware people in future to not get robbed from these kind of greedy peoples.
