He included everything we had asked for and gave us a fair price. Our entire front porch was removed and hauled away, replaced our existing columns, framed a new roof structure, cut and matched our dental molding for the new porch, installed metal roofing, and painted it all to match the rest of the house. We had to wait a few weeks for the actual work to take place because they were already booked, but he had told us that up front. What is waiting a few more weeks to receive quality craftsmanship? This is by far one of the worst rental agencies in the Tuscaloosa, Alabama area. They have…read moreabsolutely no professionalism whatsoever, and deal with problems on their own time. The person we dealt with the most was William Blakeney, the son of the founder of the company. Not only does he give you attitude when you have a complaint his employees may take days to come out and fix it. We would generally have to call and complain SEVERAL times before they would even drive by and diagnose the problem, then it was a toss up when they would be back to fix it completely. While this is only my experience and my opinion it's completely true and sickens me to know that people are still using this rental agency. The best thing that can happen to Tuscaloosa and it's renters is this agency stops renting. I don't think they have the ability to get any better, but I'm sure they'll get much worse.
