He had his work cut out for him, as my daughter and her roommates moved into a condo complex where the carpet had not been cleaned in 5 years. We all know how stressful it can be to move out after graduation at UA. Dealing with Jason was so easy and he did an amazing job. I highly recommend Drummond Carpet Cleaning in the Tuscaloosa area. The cabinet faces looked brand new, but someone forgot to wipe down granite counter top All of this could be dismissed, and I feel would have been rectified by the company. What they can't rectify is the missing bath mat (who cares really) and the missing Bluetooth headphones that the crew acknowledges were in a drawer. Having people in your home when you aren't present and trusting them to not steal from you is a big leap of faith. I leapt and lesson learned. Still had to pay for service

The two men were on time, friendly and were very willing to move furniture (within reason) and other items to clean the carpet. They went over "trouble spots" a second time, and used a smaller carpet cleaner to get in hard to reach places. They were very proficient and skillful in doing their job.
