Somehow I thought that this one would be different and carry more mature and tasteful items. I love the idea of having items monogrammed and wanted to see what they had to offer and I was rather disappointed. The best way to experience this type of shop is just to purchase something of quality elsewhere and have it monogrammed here. I always think that is great to add a personal monogram to your child's favorite items such as clothing, gymbags, electronic gear covers, and more to make them extra special. Also if they have a unique name like mine, it is also nice to have it monogrammed on certain items. As a child, it was very rare to see my name, (correctly spelled) on anything, but when I did find it, I was elated! This store did have great souvenir t-shirts and gave me some ideas for a specific wedding gift.

When we walked in the door, a lady asked if she could help us, and my wife began to describe what she was looking for. The lady interrupted her and told her that if she didn't know things like the dye lot and the gauge of the yarn, she couldn't help her. She was incredibly condescending and rude about it. She even proceeded to tell my wife that she was welcome to "wander aimlessly" around the store. At that point, I said that we should just go, because I didn't want to use language that I would regret, and I certainly wasn't going to give that lady a penny of my money.
