Even before entering we loved the adorable building with perfect blue paint with white trim on the red brick. The building is well maintained and clean. While it is small, they keep the space streamlined and open. The baked good window, the sweet treats fridge, and coffee/tea areas are all distinct with their own personalities and delicious displays. The rice was bland, looked and tasted old. The service was fine, we were in and out within 35 mins. It was pretty empty while we were there and it was prime lunch time. We saw 1 other group come in for what we thought was for ice cream but then they left without purchasing anything.
