It's weird when the doctor himself makes sure to smile in your face, make you feel welcome, answer all your questions with patience and no attitude, but then the 2-3 'ladies' in the front desk who solely do nothing but talk to customers are the complete opposite. No smile, no thank you, no have a good day, if you ask questions about anything you get a long pause, attitude, eye rolling....just disgusting, it's a simple job answering phones and making appointments, requires no qualifications or any school or and I assume is very relaxed, just requires you to be courteous and nice which none of the 3 'ladies' have, meanwhile the doctors who are actually doing the work are professional and caring to the patient / customers. Advice: train all front desk workers on proper customer service, make sure they understand their positions and roles. Make sure to read customer reviews as this is not the first complaint on the same very issue

He advised me that I am a good candidate for the Invisalign treatment and that I would need to wear it for a little under one year, but that it would look virtually invisible. The pain was very minimal and he was right, you can barely notice the aligners. After 9 months of switching aligners (17 total), I was finished with my treatment and my teeth look amazing. I am so happy that I can now smile and take pictures with confidence. I've gotten so many compliments on my teeth in the past few weeks! Thank you Dr. Boim!

I'm entitled to two cleanings a year and x-rays also twice a year. Up to today, the experience has been lukewarm. Every time I've gone in, there's been a different dentist. Today when I went in for my routine cleaning and x-rays, the hygienist did a test of my teeth for possible deep cleaning. This was totally unexpected, but I agree to it, even though it was very uncomfortable. The deep cleaning results showed that I needed to have deep cleaning! The dentist came in to review my x-rays and the results of the deep cleaning test. another new dentist. He does not even introduce himself. He did not review the x-rays and went immediately into the procedure for deep cleaning. As he's describing it to me, I would need Novocain in my entire mouth, and I asked him how much this would cost. He said he would have to check with the plan. Wouldn't you think he would know? anyway I told the new dentist that I'm here for a routine cleaning and are you going to do this for me? He said no, we will do a deep cleaning instead. I said I don't want the deep cleaning just give me a routine cleaning. He stared at me like a deer in headlights, no response, and then I added that you were supposed to review my x-rays. Which you have not done. Again total silence, I said well we're done. I'm not gonna have this done and you've lost me as a patient. As I went out I just talked to the girl behind the desk told her the same thing that you have lost me as a patient, no response. No attempt in any way to remedy the situation. I'm now looking for another dentist, hope to find one soon. Terrible event today. Unprofessional. If you're shopping to go to nu dental, I would think very carefully and opt to go elsewhere.

I wish they had been open when I actually had braces because I LOVED this practice! The whole staff was friendly and helpful from the moment I called. My insurance wouldn't cover everything, but they told me from the start and worked with me on it throughout the process. Dr. Britton himself was attentive and professional, and made me feel comfortable with the procedures. He was patient in explaining what to expect and next steps, and made absolutely sure that my new retainer fit properly (and comfortably!) before I left. The office was modern and beautiful, the staff was great, and I highly recommend them!

He is very talented, outgoing, and informative. All of the ladies at the front are polite and helpful. Overall the office is very warm and makes your child feel comfortable from start to finish.
