They were able to get me in fairly quickly for an appointment. Their office is clean and welcoming. I was greeted immediately and did not have to wait long for my appointment. Ryan handled my tax preparation and he was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything. Cost was very reasonable too. I would 100% go back to them next year and refer them to my friends and family.

They took the order over four months ago, and I have yet to see any of my order! I have phoned and stopped in countless times. Each and every time, they were dismissive - (eye roll) "we would call you if they came in." I can't help but wonder if they just never ordered the items (disorganized?) or if they can't be bothered with such a small order (hello, I spent enough money already, didn't I?). Either way, incredibly unprofessional. Not a place I would recommend.
