Their new stance it to pay first to get the gas. To make the summary short, you can no longer get a full tank fill up as they changed their payment policy. This puts their of service at below (ZERO). This place provides an extreme "poor quality" of service and I have shifted my business with this gas station to other favourable gas station like Irving.

I find this gas station to be cleaner and the rewards are better. I can simply add to my PC Points card or I can get a coupon to use at Superstore. The staff is fine, but the best part is that they don't have young hoodlums behind the counter running things which is a big plus for me.

And it's a gas station. Which, I realize, sounds repetitive but I mean that it's not a mechanic's shop or a car wash or "power station." You drive up, you gas up, you pay and then you go. You can pay at the pump (and at certain times of the day that's the only option) or inside. The selection in the convenience store half of the gas station isn't huge but again, I like that. This was my first time in this store and I was running late for an appointment. This always seems to be the time, when in a hurry, you can not find what you are looking for. Thank goodness I found a staff member, he helped me get the antifreeze and oil I needed. So a good solid four star for that. Also when I went to the checkout, the previous lady forgot her slip. The cashier actually walked the slip out to the parking lot to give it to her. Now that is customer service!

This Petro Can is the middle child of the three.. and shows it. They have a great selection of your typical gas station fare, combined with some over priced options as a sort of convenience store grocery. The gas pumps are usually good to work, they have had some issues with their debit machines before which can cause a nightmare in the early hours trying to tell them you will be back. When the clock strikes 9 - 10 now.. they do close the store.. and all business is done through a metal drawer that the clerk passes back and forth through the window. There hasn't been any crime here as far as I know, but I guess you can never be too safe. A nice clean store, with gas. What more can you expect from a gas station?

They have a limited variety and supply of goods for sale, mainly a few different flavors of chips, candy and pop, pretty much what you would expect from a gas station. The real draw for people to Petro-Canada is the fact that they have a CAA approved auto service center at this location as well. This is where my dad takes his car to get it inspected because he says they are quicker and cheaper than any where else he's gone. Hot Hint: Want to get the best deal on gas without driving around and wasting your gas to find it? The PetroCanada website lists the most recent gas price at each of it's service locations.

They're really straight-forward, down-to-Earth and don't try to upsell you. They'll let you know if there are parts that can wait to be replaced or if they need to be done right away. Once my car had a sporadic strange noise and when they couldn't find an issue on my first visit, they told me to drop in any time it was doing it without making an appointment. (They've since figured it out and fixed it.) They offer taxi chits if you need to drop your car off and go somewhere and come back. I am a repeat customer because of their customer service and recommend them regularly. The only drawback at this location is that sometimes parking can be hard to find. When that happens, I usually just pull up in front of the window and pop in to ask where they want me to leave the car. It also helps that they have a 10% CAA discount!
