Miller Tirecraft in Windsor Nova Scotia have a sign at the end of their road advertising oil changes for $29.99, and for the longest time I've been getting my oil changed for $29.99. Today, their sign was still advertising that price. Imagine my shock when they presented me with a bill that was $20 more than what I was expecting. When I expressed to them my shock, all they said was "Oh yeah, it's more now sorry". That was AFTER they had performed the service. Like what was I gonna do, get them to take the oil back out? To me that is dirty pool, and I really hate when a business trick you into thinking their price is one thing and you get the work done, only to find out it's much more than you expected and it's too late now that you have already had the work done. As for me, they have just lost a long time loyal customer. Shame on you for playing dirty like that. You are no better than than garages who cheat you out of money by making you think they did work on your car when they didn't but charge you anyways. Yes - dishonest and crooked. I will take my business elsewhere.

I finally left just before 9:30! A simple wheel rotation should not take this long. If you have kids I would not recommend bringing them to the waiting area. The staff may not be aware that their profanity laced yelling in the bays can easily be heard in the waiting room. I'd rate this shop a zero. They don't deserve the one star I selected.
