Avoid - causes damage and appears not to be insured.
Had previously used this company with no issues. Briefly - this time they damaged a great deal of property, did not correctly reassemble furniture, took away an item to be fixed and it came back (after weeks and weeks of chasing) with more damage. Items were supposed to be kept secure in storage but items were lost (how if they were kept in one secure place?) and water damaged. Ignored phone calls, emails, messages. Do not be fooled by Move Assured status. Would not provide any evidence of insurance to get property fixed. Avoid. read more
