Cost: had a chance to come here as a guest so this visit was free for me however a quick peek at the company website would show that memberships can be a range from $15/month to $25/month I believe! Environment: Fairly clean, can be pretty busy depending on when you come in. They have a nice variety of machines to work with and a bunch of treadmills as well. They also have separate areas where you can do class or even video workouts if you follow video workouts Service: quick check in and if you want to buy a drink that they sell then the process is quick as well. I haven't tried the tanning bed or extra service they offer yet so I don't have much to say about those for now. Uniqueness: Nice gym af a price that's very reasonable - great way to start off a health goal or journey for the new year! Would recommend coming with a friend or two since working out with others can be more fun than working out alone.

They do have an extensive array of cardio machines which is nice, certainly high tech ones at that. It's also a membership based gym, but you're paying for amenities like the pool, sauna, while extra payment is needed for personal trainers. I personally never used anything but the gym equipment here because I always come as a guests since my parents are members. They have some interesting process for guest members such as getting their blood pressure taken and I've seen guest clients be turned away temporarily because of it.

RIP dad, this place is despicable, the staff was heartless. My dad was in hospital and passed and wasn't going to use his last precious days putting this place on blast. When I found out about this recently, I believe everyone has the right to know the sort of club and staff they are dealing with . There are plenty of gym options that wouldn't treat a fragile, dying man that way. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

It's pretty spacious and…read morethere's a great variety of strength exercising stuff, dumbbells, and cardio machine machines. Most of the equipment function well. I would say on the occasion, some of the machines are out of service. I think this is the norm for most gyms. My other gripe about this place is that it feels a little dark - I wish the lighting would be better. This is just a preference about the lighting and made no impact on my impression/score of this institution. For example, there was another retro fitness a few miles away that closed down. I just simply liked the fact that it was brighter in that place than in this gym. One other issue is that I feel the locker rooms are a little dirty, especially the men's. There are signs that other people had tampered with the toilets in the past. It's kind of a shame because if the locker rooms were a little bit better, I would give this a five star review. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and I'm very positive about this gym with only very minor issues. If you don't want to spend much and need something in a pinch, this is honestly a great place. I think this is leagues above the other bargain gyms in the area.
