On 25-Friday-2016 I spent a grueling 38m 54s completing The CrossFit Games Open 16.5 Rx, 21-15-9 Thrusters @95lbs and Bar-Facing-Burpees... two movements which are the bane of my existence. With the completion of this workout I met my goal of completing the 2016 CrossFit Open Rx and exceeded my expectations with a placing of 78th (of 228) in my Division for Western Canada.
