From the very beginning, communication with the office was excellent. The office assistant, Salma, was responsive and helpful, and attorney Anthony Tartaglia provided outstanding representation. Maria Bourn also oversaw my case and was involved through the process. I communicated in detail and at times I was concerned that I might be providing too much information. Anthony welcomed that communication and reassured me that sharing too much information was always better than leaving out something that could be important to my case. That level of care and concern gave me a great deal of confidence throughout the process. The guidance, communication, and representation I received from Gomerman Bourn & Associates were excellent. As a result of their efforts, the university medical center agreed to provide some accommodations before we moved forward with litigation, although litigation remains an option if necessary. I highly recommend Gomerman Bourn & Associates to anyone seeking knowledgeable, responsive, and dedicated legal representation. I am very grateful for the support and guidance I received from Anthony Tartaglia, Maria Bourn, and the entire office.

I honestly don't know how I would've gotten through everything without the Sally Morin team. From my very first conversation with Rebecca, I felt understood and supported. I really appreciated how straightforward she was with information, even when things felt overwhelming. She and Amber took that weight off my shoulders completely. The process took about 6 months from when I contacted them, running alongside my treatment, and the whole time they were gentle, communicative, and genuinely on top of things. They coordinated between my medical and car insurance so I never had to chase anyone down or figure out next steps by myself. They even managed to negotiate my medical lien down by a few thousand dollars, which was a huge relief. By the end, they secured the maximum possible award through both my own policy and the at-fault driver's insurance. It was the outcome I'd hoped for, and I'm incredibly grateful for it. If you're looking for a personal injury team that's as compassionate as they are effective, I'd recommend Rebecca, Amber, and the whole firm without hesitation.

Exceptional Legal Team -- Compassionate, Clear, and Effective…read more I worked with Rebecca and Amber after being hit by a bicyclist and suffering a broken wrist. From the very beginning, they were professional, caring, and incredibly communicative. They took the time to walk me through every step of the process and explained complex legal terms in plain English, so I always knew what was happening. What stood out most was how empowering they were -- they never pressured me into decisions, but instead gave me the knowledge and confidence to make my own choices. They handled my case efficiently and helped me achieve a great result in a surprisingly short time. Even as part of the settlement process, they went the extra mile by negotiating firmly with my health insurance company, which had tried to claim a portion of the recovery. Thanks to their skillful negotiation, I was able to keep more of my settlement than I expected. Their dedication and attention to detail truly made a difference. I can't recommend Rebecca and Amber highly enough -- they combine deep expertise with genuine compassion. If you're looking for lawyers who truly care and deliver results, this is the team you want in your corner!

The employer had 3 well paid attorneys vs. a lone Arkady so it was a David vs. Goliath situation. You may think you are looking for an attorney to do all the work for you but you really should be looking for a good partner that you can brain storm and collaborate with because each industry is unique and each industry represents a different set of challenges that your attorney may not be familiar with. A good case is built on a good partnership between you and your attorney. Arkady quickly got up to speed in my specific niche industry and we formulated a plan of attack specific to my unique situation. In the end Arkady helped me build an amazing slam dunk case and negotiated a wonderful settlement 1 month before our jury trial was scheduled to start. I was so grateful with what he did for me and my family that I named my son after him.
