0 stars! this place is full off fake dishonest ppl, ripping students off, theft and misconduct, mismanagement and discrimination. I just quit today after making multiple complaints about these people and it didn't do anything HR WILL NOT HELP YOU!!!! Suzi brown is the lowest of the low, with fakest nasty attitude! if you work there just to provide for your family, be prepared to be tormented till you want to quit, Eddy and Brock are in maintenance and they are butt buddies, Brock's the "supervisor " if you wanna call him that and Eddy is the minion (like Randall from the show recess) none of them know how to do any maintenance work and they are as fake as Suzi and they only care about themselves. one time I was helping Eddy with a washer and he unplugged the cold water hose and it started spraying everywhere in the closet and he went to go shut off the water but he couldn't figure out how and he shut off the hot water instead of the supply to the apartment, man....theres so much I could say about him but let me give Brock some shine, this dude smokes weed while at work, he's salary if you could believe a supervisor would ever be on salary in maintenance, which gives him the right to come and go as he pleases, not show up ever and can do anything he wants and that's what coastal ridge allows, he has sent me in to do tons of work orders he didn't know how to do himself and also making me get up nearly 50 foot with a giant as 2 person ladder and nobody to shadow or be there in case of an emergency! talk about TEAM!!!! They all just preach team team team, and it's a fucking clique, this place is pathetic and failing and they wonder why! Dont come in here and work maintenance unless you have never had previous experience and you like being controlled because that's what they want here at coastal ridge, i was constantly in the office because these ppl don't have husbands or wives and they need friends and I wanted to go home on time with my family...pretty sick if you ask me. I'm serious, stay away because all the other reviews about this place and overlook are true, they also charge residents for everything when they move out, they are severely shady. read more
