I was referred by a friend to Irina in 2021 when I was mildly considering buying and hadn't settled on an agent. Irina was immediately responsive and flexible to my needs when I reached out. She researched several places, listened to my requirements and budget, and quickly went to work. We spent an afternoon viewing spaces, and I let her know that I would need a few months to save up. Irina was understanding, respectful, and never pushed. Throughout the years, she checked in on me and was always understanding when I told her I wasn't ready. Things lined up for me early in 2024, and I reached out to Irina again. She again did more research, lined up showings, and we were looking at places the next day! Irina was just as respectful and professional as I had remembered. She advised and guided me well since I was a first time homebuyer, but she also listened to me if I declined or preferred things she may have not opted for herself or if I didn't always follow her advice. I never had to repeat myself and she always, always, always respected my choices. Irina was so patient and available to me as I made a few offers, and she was flexible even when I had oddball requests and presented them well. We successfully closed on a wonderful home for me in the city despite a lot of challenges from lenders and other factors out of our control. Irina has excellent relationships in the industry, which helps immensely when you are trying to purchase or sell a home. I look forward to working with Irina again! read more

Irina at Compass Realty was exceptional. She guided us through selling our old house -- securing multiple offers above asking--and then helped us downsize into the perfect condo just a few blocks away. Available seemingly 24/7, she answered every question promptly and uncovered several off-market listings that never appeared on the MLS. Irina's positive attitude and "above-and-beyond" dedication turned what could have been a stressful process into an enjoyable one. We recommend her without hesitation for any real-estate needs. read more

I worked with Irina on both buying and selling transactions and she's an amazing agent! She went above and beyond to help me to buy a property in San Francisco which I was searching for a year. She was actively helping me to search and make a right choice with neighborhoods recommendations and tips about the process. She also helped me with selling my house, she helped to find the right contractors and staging, took some time analyzing the market and proposing the right price. I worked with many realtors and Irina is the best! read more

Irina helped us to sell our house in Pacifica above expected price. The process was smooth and quick. Communication was great. I highly recommend Irina to anyone looking to sell or buy a property. read more

The easiest 5 star review I have given on yelp ever! Irina was recommended very highly to us by a friend. She had helped them buy a great place in San Francisco and since we were interested in similar areas and price range, we reached out to her about helping my wife and I to buy a house in SF too. As immigrants and first time home buyers we were very apprehensive about diving into such a crazy home market. But how can I put it, Irina was ON TOP OF IT. She gave us a 101 of the process the first time we spoke and cleared any and all confusions we had. She also then sent us a series of questions to think over and get back to her. This included price ranges, locations, home size, house feature requests etc. The whole thing was very well thought out and planned. Then came the big challenge for us. Looking at houses during a pandemic! In regular times, there are open houses and you just drop in with your agent and have a look at the houses. But during the pandemic you need to book appointments and sign waivers for each and every house before you see them. Irina was an absolute champ and got us in to see every house we were interested in and some more. Irina was extremely patient and we never felt pressured to make any moves. She was completely objective and often dissuaded us from going for properties for a variety of reasons. She guided us through the process as our understanding increased and preferences evolved. We saw many houses over a period of few months till we felt comfortable to make offers. When it came to offer time, Irina was again completely calm and composed. She helped get it all through and soon enough we had our own piece of San Francisco, the city we love so much! Thank you so much Irina! :) read more

You are quite simply in the best hands if you choose Irina as your agent. She has been committed, extremely attentive and compassionate when working with my wife and me, and is the best at what she does. Irina has a sixth sense for the market and works magic for her clients. We've been fortunate to have been able to work with her for the past few years in San Francisco read more

Being first-time home buyers, this was such a big step in our lives. And needless to say, we were very overwhelmed. Working with Irina turned out to be such an excellent decision for us. She is professional, empathetic, and gets the job done. Irina never made us feel uncomfortable or rushed and helped us patiently every step of the way. The best thing about her is that she finds time to explain everything in a way that is easy to understand. She has a ton of real estate experience and helped us lock a place we liked. Highly recommend working with her! read more

Let me start with saying that Irina exceeded our expectations by far! Her knowledge about real estate market in the Bay Area and about process of buying a new home is exceptional. Her impeccable planning abilities, discipline, attention to detail as well as her understanding the current situation made working with her an enjoyable experience. Choosing a new house can be sometimes difficult and her focus on clients needs made the process less stressful. We were first time home buyers and didn't know anything about the process. She expertly guided us through every step and worked diligently on getting us more information of the houses we were interested in. We started working with Irina when 2020 pandemic hit. We desperately needed more space to accommodate all the online learning and working from home situations. The open-house process was adjusted to pandemic regulations. Irina scheduled all open-house appointments for us and visited every single home with us, making knowledgable recommendations and raising concerns when needed. On top of her phenomenal real estate skills, she has an impeccable sense of style. Sometimes her comments or recommendations on the house gave us a new perspective that we didn't have before. Without Irina we wouldn't have been able to purchase our new dream home in such a short period of time! Highly recommend! read more

My husband and I worked with Irina to purchase our home in the Bay Area toward the end of last year. She was amazing throughout every step in the process, but a two things really stood out as we worked with her. First, Irina knows her stuff. She is an expert in the Bay Area market, which has a fair amount of complexity and nuance. Not only did she educate us on all the things we needed to know, but her knowledge saved us time and money as we searched for, found, and purchased our home. Second, Irina takes care of her people. She went above and beyond to make sure that buying a home worked for our needs and that our interest were met. She is incredibly detail oriented and kept us on track through a process with loads of steps. Irina also always made time for us and our questions, which dramatically reduced any stress that came with buying a home. We are so glad that we worked with her, as she helped us find and purchase a home that we love! I strongly recommend Irina as an agent for folks looking to buy in the Bay Area. Should the need arise, we will be working with her again, no questions asked. read more

Easily 5 Star - Irina was great at helping me choose where to purchase my home. She's always open to talk and constantly brought up things that I hadn't thought about while we were looking at places together. read more

Irina Luck has been my real estate agent exclusively for almost 4 years. During this time, she has successfully negotiated and closed multiple home purchases and sales for me - each with outcomes I've been *extremely* happy with. Irina has a thorough understanding of the local markets, active trends, and upcoming technologies. She is very delightful to work with, a phenomenal communicator, and well respected in the field. I've referred Irina to multiple of my closest friends and colleagues, each she has given the same level of service and success as I have received over the years. I wholeheartedly trust Irina with all my real estate decisions and strongly recommend others to consider her as well. read more

We were first time buyers and Irina took great care in helping us find a home that met our requirements, never missed a detail, and took the time to explain everything along the way. Her expertise of the San Francisco neighborhoods and her knowledge on the intricacies that are very unique to the San Francisco real estate market were very helpful during our bidding process. We are very glad we worked with Irina. read more

Highly recommend Irina. She is very hard working and friendly to work with. My husband and I ran into her at one of the open houses. Her friendly nature allowed us to ask her some basic questions and we decided to work with her from that point on. We were beginners in this process - hadn't looked at buying houses/condos before. So we were pretty fresh and unaware of many things. However, Irina always took her time to educate us and make us aware of key items. We ran into a few seller's agents that were not very professional and organized. Irina always stayed on top of everything that needs to happen in the process of buying a home. Our seller's agents often times forgot to provide us with a few reports but Irina took the responsibility to remind them. As beginners in this process often times we had questions while reading documents, and Irina was always very helpful answering them. We never hesitated to text, call or email her. Often times, she met us at a coffee shop or a pre-decided location to have a face to face chat too as necessary. Extremely hard working agent for sure! She found us our dream home!!! Without her help and expertise, we would not have a new condo that we are so happy with! :) She respects her clients and their concerns. She listens to what the buyer wants in a home and matches you accordingly. Often times, she asked us to go look at houses that we didn't consider but really appreciated taking a look at after visiting. It made us an educated buyer at the end of the day. She drove us a couple times to open houses and to check out the neighborhoods where we were considering buying a house. She is willing to share her opinion if she strongly thinks that are some negatives for a potential house being considered for an offer which helped us tremendously. There are multiple Paragon offices which comes in handy sometimes when you need to meet your agent at one of the city locations closer to where you are. You won't be disappointed with her. We lover her! read more

The San Francisco real estate market seemed daunting to my husband and I.we decided to "start" looking for a home to buy and we met Irina at an open house. She was approachable and forthcoming. And without attitude! We were not asked to sign to commit to working with Irina but every step along the way until even after we moved into our new home Irina was doing work for us in the background and foreground. She is honest and moral, she works hard and her effort extends into nights and weekends. There was some major issues that our mortgage broker presented and all the while Irina was professional and composed. even when she did not deserve to be, she acted within our best interest and held her ground. I have often been told that my expectations of people are too high, but Irina never disappointed. She really is a gem. I have no doubts that she is rapidly becoming a hot agent; she really deserves it. I find it rare to actually want to become friends with your agent, but irina will give you support, knowledge, and is unrelenting until you find what you want. This helps during stressful times which is inevitable in this process. We cannot thank her enough for all she has done. You will not make a mistake by working with Irina!! read more

Irina rocks! She helped us navigate a very tricky purchase of our dream home in the Berkeley Hills recently, while also managing all the details to sell our house in San Francisco in record time and for an amazing price. (We set a record for price/ft^2 in our neighborhood.) Irina is an excellent communicator, provides frequent updates on status, and can juggle a hundred details/issues at a time. I was amazed by her attention to detail, never letting anything fall between the cracks. Her vast experience and excellent instincts, plus her proactive & energetic personality helped push the process along quickly. At the same time, she was always patient with my numerous questions & concerns, and I never felt rushed or pressured. She provided good summaries of the options & pros/cons of various strategies throughout the whole process. I can't recommend Irina enough -- she's the realtor you want on your team! read more

Irina is an amazing real estate agent. She is very knowledgeable, hands-on, determined and professional. She tirelessly looked for a condo for us in this very competitive SF market and gave us useful advice with each property. She respected our opinion and never pushed us into any decisions we weren't ready to make. She even talked us out of buying a place when we were getting too desperate to get in the market because she saw that the place was not a really good fit for us. Irina closely kept in touch with us throughout the home-buying process and responded to all of our communications immediately even just to let us know that she was working on it. She also knows a lot of agents in the city and has good relationships with them. She was able to get a lot of insider's information and get us in to see a lot of off market properties. She was super nice and friendly with everyone she communicated on our behalf, yet very firm when looking out for our best interest and negotiating on our behalf. Even though, Irina specializes in the SF market, she was willing to go extra mile and intermittently helped us look for properties in Oakland as well. Thanks to her we are now proud owners of a property on the Inner Mission. Highly recommended. read more

Irina is a pleasure to work with. With her help, we bought a condo in SF. Irina was energetic and enthusiastic about helping us buy a home. She was always happy to provide her personal comments about places, which was useful since she's seen so many properties compared to the average buyer. She'd recommend buildings with good prices or units that suited our needs. When I had questions, she would do her best to get back to me within a couple hours, even if the call had to be brief. We spent a few weeks running around SF, checking out properties. She worked hard to get appointments scheduled, and to get us from one place to another as efficiently as possible. Once we found a property we liked, she recommended bankers and agents as needed, and helped us manage the onslaught of paperwork and logistics. I felt she sincerely wanted us to find a good place, and to have a good experience working together. read more

Where to start! As a first time home buyer in the midst of a pandemic I couldn't be more grateful that Irina was my agent. She was referred to me by a good friend who happens to be a top real estate agent in San Francisco as someone who'd be great for me as I was looking for my first home in the Peninsula and ohh boy she was right! From our very first conversation, she was professional, diligent and responsive to all my newbie and not so newbie questions. We were on a mission! I think we probably saw more than 50 properties together all around the peninsula and under rigorous covid protocols. At the end of each one of our tours she would listen to my feedback, make me aware of the hidden "gotchas" of some properties and help narrow the search and hone in into what ended up being the home that resembled exactly what I was looking for. Her eye for potential when others were not looking and due diligence with the seller agent, got me the perfect home, in a prime location, with a backyard to die for, at real market value. Her due diligence even included interviewing every one of my potential lenders to understand their closing process and made sure we wouldn't hit any surprises along the way. Once I found the property I wanted, closing was straight forward. She stayed on top of every detail and kept me apprised on everything. Even calling the banker and coordinating with the title company from her well deserved vacation to ensure no last minute glitch that came up would jeopardize our 3 weeks closing. Our first meeting was late August, right before labor day weekend. I got the keys to my new home on October 20th. Irina is the best and I will definitely work with her in the future if the opportunity arises. All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better partner and a new friend. read more

We have hired Irina to sell our first home and this was the best decision we made! She has put her heart into our property and helped us tremendously with making it ready for the market, picking out the colors, design advise, project management and much more! Our house looked so awesome after some renovations and staging, that we didn't want to sell it anymore :) Irina sold our property for much more than we expected! We understand that in today's market, it is not that hard to sell a nice house, however, from several offers we had, she picked out the best one and with best owners who will take care of it and will be very happy there! Her professionalism, knowledge and positive energy are the qualities that every agent has to have!!! We will definitely refer our friends to Irina and will use her again when time comes! Thank you so very much, Irina, from the bottom of our hearts! read more

This review is long overdue... Irina helped us with two successful purchases so far, our first condo in San Francisco in the Mission and our current house purchase an Eichler in Walnut Creek. This last purchase was something that I'd call any home buyers nightmare. Bank messed up our paperwork, difficult mortgage broker, issues with the house during inspections, very difficult seller agent and sellers. Irina helped us with everything, handled everything this such professionalism, expertise and grace at the same time. She is fantastic. Thanks to her we negotiated a line of items in our sales agreement, and despite all the challenges we were able to acquire our dream home. Agents are not all the same, you need someone with experience to guide you and use their instincts to help make the right decision(s) at the right time. Irina certainly does this with confidence. Irina handled all the critical situations (there were many) and diligently got our purchase process over the goal line. We've been here 9 months and we're thankful we had the pleasure of having Irina make this happen in a big way. read more

Irina deserves all the stars in the Yelp sky for all the work she has done on our behalf. She helped us purchase a TIC unit when we moved to SF 4 years ago, and last year, when we needed a quick sale, she miraculously managed to sign a buyer to purchase at our goal price with no contingencies within a couple of weeks! She was able to get us a 37% profit without even putting us through the hassle of listing the place! In the past four years, Irina has helped us purchase three properties and sell one. When we first became serious about buying our first home, we were very cautious and wanted to make we covered all our bases. Irina was very understanding and worked with us to make sure that we were getting all the information we needed. When our questions fell outside her realm of expertise, she drew on her vast network of industry experts who were extremely responsive and helpful in answering our very specific questions about construction, inspections, mortgages, and so much more. We sent her lists of details and thoughts about each of at least 60 homes that we visited, and she patiently continued to update our preferences and send along appropriate listings until we found a home we were comfortable purchasing. She visited many homes with us and patiently made multiple visits to homes when we were making offers. Irina's knowledge, tireless and immediate responsiveness, and ability to manage thousands of details kept us at ease during the stress of purchasing real estate in the Bay Area. We are so grateful to have Irina in our lives! Thank you, Irina!! read more

Irina was a true professional. She understood all of our growing family needs! I met Irina at an open house in 2017. I immediately noticed her professionalism and passion as she was presenting her client's condo. Upon more research on social media, I decided to meet her in person. It was an awesome home-buying experience from the start. She's very attentive to my housing requirements, and was able to adjust to market conditions quickly and effortlessly. In a tough buyers' market, she remained patient and upbeat especially for a novice SF buyer as myself. She's also a part of a network that has access to off-market listings, and so I felt I had more exposure than other buyers. 100% recommended read more

Being first time homebuyers is very exciting, but it's equally as terrifying. Especially in a city like San Francisco where you're expected to pay above asking price, eliminate contingencies, and provide a cover letter. Luckily we met Irina when we went to a condo showing she was running. We exchanged numbers and met up later that week. She was a lifesaver through the homebuying process and we're extremely grateful our paths crossed. We always felt like Irina had our back throughout the whole process, she never made us feel rushed to find a place, and she made the process easy to understand. She also encouraged us to check out other neighborhoods that were initially not on our radar. Because of this, we ended up in Portero/Dogpatch area and couldn't be happier with the location. We have been in our condo for roughly 2 years (this review is long overdue!) and are still loving our purchase. We owe it all to Irina and would highly recommend her! read more

Irina is wonderful to work with. SF is a crazy market when it comes to buying, and Irina brings the right combination of aggressiveness and local connections, to be able to close ASAP! Her advice is very objective and she never tries to push hard on budget. She patiently worked with us until we found the house we loved! She is extremely professional and fun to work with! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a friend in the real estate market in SF read more

I've bought houses before, and never thought realtors brought much value to the purchase process until I met Irina. My husband and I were originally working with a different realtor, and had gotten disheartened by the houses available in San Francisco. Irina isn't the type of realtor who's just looking to make a commission; she genuinely cares about helping you find a home you'll be happy living in. The house she found us isn't one that I would have looked at on my own. It was absolutely the right house for us, and met our requirements for having a yard, easy travel to work and amazing neighborhood. I can't recommend Irina enough!! All our friends we've referred to her have loved her, too! read more

Irina came highly recommended from a close friend and we were not disappointed. My fiance and I started looking for a home in July of this year and we worked with Irina every step of the way, finding, closing and moving into our dream home in Parkside/Outer Sunset by the beginning of September. Irina was incredible from start to finish; she sourced tons of properties for us to review online, scheduled efficient tour days where we would see 6-10 properties over the course of ~3 hours, and helped us navigate through putting in offers and ultimately closing on our new house. Most impressively, I think Irina really understood what we were looking for (even before we realized exactly what we wanted), and really helped direct our search into the areas and types of houses that were working best for us very early in the process. It's also worth mentioning that she gave us very solid advice around how to manage our bids on properties and helped us make competitive bids without breaking our budget. I can't recommend her highly enough. read more

Look no further for a realtor, you can't go wrong with Irina. We had a multi-unit building in San Francisco we were looking to sell, and none of us had any experience in this area. We met with multiple realtors to guide us and set expectations. Irina was the first to meet with us, and she started from the roof down to the ground floor and took the time to really guide us as to what a potential buyer would be looking for, what types of repairs we should take care of, how to deal with the tenants and what she would bring to the table. We did meet with a few other realtors, but none of them looked over building like Irina, nor did they make any recommendations only that they would place the building on the multiple listing (ML). Subsequently, Irina provided us with a detailed plan with dates of timelines, listing area comps, time listings were on the ML and scheduling of inspections, she even scheduled someone to come and take care of the repairs that were needed. The other realtors weren't so detailed. Needless to say, Irina ended up representing us, and had buyers come by during the inspections, we ended up with multiple offers on that day for more that we were asking. Needless to say, the building never made it on the ML and she took care of us from start to finish, stayed in constant contact and basically held our hands through it all. read more

My wife and I are relocating to San Francisco from Marin, and Irina has been a great help so far. She took the time for a long conversation to really understand our needs, and so far that has paid off in minimal waste of time in the properties she has shown us. I also get the feeling that we are often among the first to see the places we go to. She has a solid knowledge of the neighborhood we're interested in (Inner Richmond). Most of all we like the interaction, and feel like we have someone in our corner. Although we aren't done with any negotiations yet, I'll venture a full house on that one too. If I can be the judge, I would imagine she'll be a good negotiator for us, seeing how she has a very positive and engaging way to approach people, and how she does her homework to create win-win situations. read more
