When I decided to sell my home, I chose Abraham because of his stellar reputation. It was a wise…read morechoice, as I'll explain below. For our initial meeting, Abraham arrived five minutes early at the appointed day and time. That alone sets him apart from anyone else in South Florida, but it gets even better. My inherited home was in dilapidated condition since my father never took care of it; it had termites, rotten wood, cracks on the walls, in terrible condition. I was afraid I would get a low price for the house, if anyone would buy it at all. With the utmost confidence Abraham assured me that not only could he sell it, he would sell it for one million. I was doubtful of this claim, but he walked me through all the steps and described his approach to selling my particular house. His ability to tailor the sales approach to the house is admirable. The house sold in 6 weeks. He even beat his own estimate of one million, having sold it for even more. I was both stunned and grateful. Abraham Ash is embodiment of talent and professionalism. He is THE realtor par excellence.

Great experience, I Highly recommend Paula Barrera when buying a home…read more The Wife and I wanted to buy a house and did not know the first thing about the process. We looked in yelp and wanted to contact her based on all the great reviews. Paula was very professional, responsive and honest. She is also very attentive to her clients and a breath of fresh air for this industry. She quickly became invaluable to our needs and the best person for the job. When we called and spoke to her, she promptly made time to meet us at her office or a place of our preference. Before the meeting she sent us a booklet by email (authored by her!) that lays out the process very simply. It prepared us for the meeting and process as a whole. The booklet was a very helpful and a nice surprise we didn't expect. When we met we knew right away we would go with Paula as our realtor. She was very forthcoming, professional and ethical. The type of person that you want to do business with and lookout for your interest. She already had an idea of the area we were looking in and our needs based on the phone conversation. She prepared a folder with research of the market in that area and explained us the numbers what they meant and what we would expect. She is also a very knowledgeable and a great communicator, thereby making us know we were in the right hands. Through out the process she used her expertise and smarts to guide us and help us understand better what it was we wanted and what we would be looking at in term of the process, the time, and the possible costs associated with buying a house. Paula would promptly answer her phone, text us or email us when we had questions. She returned calls with answers to our concerns very quickly. She also was right-on regarding her opinion on worth of houses and repairs we would need. Her guidance helped us to make a better decision and we are grateful that we were able to work with her on buying our first home. She was also very flexible and understanding of our schedule to show us houses when our schedule allowed. She leverages technology to make things happen quickly. She asked our preference and based on that used Phone, email, text, personalized timeline to not miss timelines, easy electronic documents and whatever else technology is available! This made it very easy to communicate, keep deadlines and sign contracts when making an offer. It saved us lots of time and stress! Finally, for closing she also made a nice organized binder with all the documentation we would need. I appreciate such attention to detail, that binder was a huge time saver and put my mind at ease from having to do that myself. In summary, Paula made the process smooth and enjoyable as it can be. She is the person you want on your side when buying a home. She's one of the best!

Where can I even begin? Raquel is so patient. And let me just start by clarifying the whirlwind we…read morebrought upon her. We were kind of unsure about the location and didn't pinpoint a place in mind and she helped guide us in the right direction. We had a very official budget although our approval allowed more because we were very aware about not living above our means and she delivered on that and didn't push us past our comfort zone. Raquel was very intentional in all the homes she showed us and presented them to us with honesty. She didn't go out of our comfort zone unless she came forth with ideas that I, perhaps, wouldn't have thought of. Ultimately, we settled on a home in sunrise and she really pushed it through. She walked us through every step, extremely transparent and excited. You could see her level of knowledge and expertise- as she showed us the home, she touched the foundations to ensure their quality, almost inspecting it herself and it really put me at ease because I knew we were safe with her. I knew of her work and was confident in her expertise and was certain that she would pull anything off. She was kind, patient, understanding, but most of all, she kept our interests at heart. She didn't want us to be unhappy, much less uncomfortable, and beyond any knowledge, that level of security is invaluable. Her excitement and motivation for her job really shows and it shows how much she loves to do what she does. I think when someone is that passionate about what they do, then you're in good hands because they're not unhappy with making you happy. I would recommend her tenfold to anyone looking for a home because you won't find this level of knowledge and customer service in one package deal!
