I left messages for about 4-5 survey companies, on a late Friday night after business hours. I left message after message detailing our needs and time constraints. By the time I awoke on Saturday morning, Alan had already texted me, to let me know he could move some things around and could have his guy there on Monday or Tuesday at the latest. Not only did Peninsula Survey do a great job on time, but Alan was the only one to return my call, of the 4 or 5 surveyors that I left messages with. We did pay probably slightly more, but our new home is in Melbourne Beach and his team traveled almost 2 hours to do the survey...well worth the excellent work and peace of mind. I asked them to repair it (by simply adding a few screws so it wasn't hanging over) and the owner of the company, Brett Long, initially agreed but then refused. I didn't ask much, simply for them to repair the damage that wasn't there before they arrived. Unfortunately the owner is extremely unprofessional and will not take responsibility for his crew.

Let me say that I TRIED to use the services of Accuright Surveys of Orlando but I received this…read moreresponse from them: "we will not be bidding on this one as this can be a difficult area to survey in" I have a rectangular 2ish acre property on a lake in Orlando and they seemed to think it was too difficult for them despite their website saying that they are a full service residential and commercial surveyor and they offer a COMPLETE service and they have a TEAM of knowledgeable and talented surveyors. I told them that they should change their name to better reflect they they are lazy and only want to do easy jobs! Needless to say - I cannot recommend this company. They are laughable. But at least they are honest A they told me it's too difficult to survey a rectangular piece of land
