Can be a daunting place with both good and bad experiences. If you have small multi loads they…read morereally don't want to deal with you. Very difficult to get information from them. It would be so helpful to have a list of their main categories and prices online. Their staff for computer parts need more experience or knowledge. I'm new to selling and self educating is much harder than it need be if scrap years would list some fundamentals. Would save us both a ton of time and expense.

The estimates from all three were nearly identical (Junkluggers coming in at about $10 less), and each company was equally polite and helpful On the phone, but we went with the company we know and had a great experience with in the past. Happily, second time was just as positive. The communication was excellent, from initial two conversations with phone reps' detailed questions (we called back after comparing quotes) and clear explanations of pricing, through calls the day before and morning of to confirm the booking & time of arrival -- much appreciated as we were coming from a distance. They came smack in the middle of the two-hour window we'd agreed to, which was helpful. The number of movers and trucks sent was well-planned, ensuring quick and efficient removal. And each of the four movers were equally professional, figuring out tricky door clearances and taking other challenges in stride. They worked well together and even joked among themselves, despite the hard work, which seems to indicate a decent work environment even though it's clear those work days must be filled with surprises and tough situations. We're very happy with the repeated choice to use them -- and likely will again.

They were quick, getting to my job on my schedule and within 2 days of my calling them. Brandon and crew came onsite. They were efficient and friendly. They came in and removed my hot tub in less than 30 minutes. It seemed like a big job to me, but they knew what they were doing and made short work of it. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and work.
