Overall, the shop seems helpful, but their process doesn't include giving receipts unless you ask--so make sure you do. Sharing this so others don't run into the same issue. It did take a few minutes to get a confirmation email back with a code to use the kiosk. My previous location in brentwood would just print behind the counter and I'd be in and out. One of the employees kind of did it for me but it ended up being thr size of the whole sheet of paper which wouldn't fit the small box I had to return but no worries because he didn't charge me for the other print out. Total was $0.22 after tax. I opted to come here instead of UPS charging me $2.50 for the print out.
