We have experienced these as increasingly difficult for seniors - even though generally tech savvy. The couple of live reps that I was able to get ahold of over the phone both heard my frustration with the VA's and assured me they would get back to me in order to complete the opening of my accounts. I have hope for this branch but have given up on their dealer services Division. Biggest mistake to…read moretake out a loan with this company. Only 4 months into the loan and major buyers remorse has set in. The branch staff was admirable in their attempt to help us however they are not in charge of polices and therfore can only reiterate what we were told on the phone by the loan division. Huge issue with posting payments correctly. They argue and claim payments received and posted to our account before we even mailed then charge incredible late fees for same payment after receiving. Insane business practices. Almost felt sorry for branch staff. Every month is a roller coaster ride to get payment processing done. I cannot imagine trying to resolve these issues if I had a 9 to 5 job. Luckily I can sit and hold and redial numbers 3 and 4 times a day for a week to resolve issues. We were told to track all correspondence on phone etc. Wow, we will never waste time on this company for a loan again. Run consumers run
