This is not my first time to iPic and will certainly not be my last. If you haven't been to iPic in Fort Lee NJ, it's definitely time to book a ticket! Everything in iPic really is tailored for you to have the best experience. It's great for date nights, friends/family and solo dates. The warm brownies were chocolatey and sweet. The cheesecake was creamy and light. The menu is creative and not overwhelming long, it has many options to suit every palate. Vegan/vegetarian options are available! The seating is comfy and having a blanket is a cozy touch to make you feel extra relaxed. The service is pleasant and each employee was very inviting. IPic is located in a really trendy area so I would definitely encourage making a day of it! TIPS- Parking is FREE at the parking garage around the corner, just be sure to validate your parking ticket before leaving iPic. There is a parking ticket validator by the escalator upon leaving. Make sure you download the app to gain points towards discounts, every penny counts!! The small popcorn is actually huge so one popcorn might be enough

I would give this place a 5 star but parking is always such a hassle. I think this is the best IpIC in the area although I live in NYC I still like to travel to NJ to enjoy my movie and dinner here. I like the service and how prompt everything is. The food is actually really American and not much behind it but it is always fresh and yummy. The movie theatre offer such a nice experience which offers a great bridge between dinner while watching a movie in the dark pretty cool instead of scary or challenging.

I heard a lot of hype about IPIC Theaters being better than other places, so I had to try it out. The inside of the building definitely gave off an elegant vibe that people were raving about, but there were several issues I noticed throughout my stay. I first found concern with the restrooms, about how easy it was to look into the stalls. There is so much empty space between the door and walls that somebody could take a picture of you in there totally exposed. The inside of my cinema was lovely, with soft cushioned, reclining chairs that had built-in tables and blankets for guests if they got cold. Although, the longer I sat in my seat, the more I noticed its faults. For one, it can feel pretty cramped when seated next to someone else, especially if you each order food and have to share a table. When I would recline, I couldn't reach my popcorn or drink without straining, so I may as well have kept myself upright the whole time. The popcorn wasn't my favorite compared to other places I've been to, with the salt and butter lacking in flavor. I will be fair though and say that I ordered my popcorn from my chair instead of getting it from the concession stand. Thus, I may have had the ability to salt and butter it more if I did the latter. This doesn't make up for the size of the popcorn, which I would have mistaken as a small. I ordered a large one, but the portion did not represent that at all. Good thing I also ordered crispy mozzarella to fill me up. That was very tasty, along with my 'Arnold Palmer' drink. My movie watching experience was enjoyable. The screen was wide and had good quality. There was one server tending to everyone, and I felt bad for her because it looked like a nuisance, especially because at one point I asked for some water and it took over 20 minutes before I got one. I hope having one server per theater isn't the norm; that's a big responsibility. I'm happy that I got to come here and experience IPIC for the first time, but I doubt that there will be a second.

Awesome experience here! The art and the way the theater is maintained is quite impressive! It was a solo trip and I'd definitely go again! Did not get a chance to try the food but the drinks were great! The service was as expected: great!

Everything was wonderful, they make you feel like you're the only one in the theater. Hudson lights parking right next door and they validate your ticket so bring it with you! Beautiful theater and you get your own blanket too. We ordered espresso martinis, wine, and some food. The movie was ok but the seats were amazing. Not bad for the price and experience. Bathrooms were gorgeous and well maintained. Service was good except for one thing. We ordered the warm brownies to share, but they never came. They were on the bill, we told our server and they removed them. Definitely will try them again and maybe order our dessert earlier than we did.

Excellent experience! Great food and atmosphere reminiscent of going to a play. Service was excellent too! An unexpected treat and great date with my hubby! We will definitely come again!

This is my first time experiencing an IPIC movie theatre. If I could give it a 2.5 out of 5, I would. I was really excited to try this place as I heard it's amazing, but I was left utterly disappointed and feeling disrespected! PARKING The parking lot is across the street from Ventanas Restaurant and Lounge. Map yourself directly to, Hudson Lights Parking Garage for easy access. Bring the parking ticket with you, to get it validated inside the theatre, after your movie is over. The first three hours of parking is free, beyond that it's $4, $8, and so on and so forth. It's not terrible, and it is a large parking lot. I've been told, from experience, not to park on the street no matter the time of day because it always results in a parking ticket. BATHROOMS I was floored by how luxurious the bathrooms looked, at first. But it's not as well-kept as the luxury experience leads you to believe. Still the details were amazing! From the frosted glass doors, the painting, the shallow sink, the dim lighting, I was intrigued! DINING EXPERIENCE Here's the not so fun part. The dining was half-hearted, over exaggerated, and ridiculously expensive for the service that was given. Everything was really pricey, and I knew that going in, but I had hoped for the best. I was excited only to be let down. I got the loaded steak fajita fries. It had 5 small tiny pieces of steak, chewy, and a bit of fries for $18.50. It was overall good, but not amazing. It left me feeling bloated and gassy for the rest of the night and the following day. My man went for 2 meals, the Buffalo Chicken Spring Rolls ($17.50) & the Spicy Tuna on Crispy Rice ($20.00), and they were the smallest plates ever! I had a taste and they did not live up to the hype. Not to mention you have to put a $75 hold on your card to order anything! That's insane! I rather not have a dine in experience at that point because you're pretty much putting down a deposit to get bad service. The female receptionists kept forgetting my drink and staring at my man. They only serviced him, and also forgot my utensils more than once. Originally, they were on the table when we arrived, but they took them all of a sudden and only left his, not mine. I know he's handsome, but please be respectful and professional. That was downright rude and disrespectful. Because of this, it took well into half of the movie just to get some water and it was $9! I kept asking them every 20 minutes or so, and they just said sure thing, gawked at my man, and never delivered. They promised a large bottle, but it was so tiny! The only good thing was the blanket, but I was still cold despite being bundled up and cuddling my man. The seats were creaky and not as comfortable, and the cup holder was hard to open. My man was struggling, and I highly doubted they would even open. After some time, he managed to open it. Ladies be aware of your nails, I could see you breaking one trying to open this. The servers are lucky they even received a tip with a service I received. If I could have, I would have left nothing. But I won't stoop down to their unprofessional level. OVERALL I think IPIC is overrated at best, and we will not be returning to any IPIC theatre again. I much rather go to AMC, sneak in our snacks, and enjoy a lovely time without interruption or rudeness with my man. Take your business elsewhere because this place isn't all that they say it is! My man stands in solitude of my review. The movie was amazing; the service was not.

Sushi rice and filet mignon slider sub truffle fries

The food here slaps, the sushi crispy rice is better than any restaurant I've had it at. And all the other food is just so tasty! We've had pretty much everything on the menu and nothing was a miss! Our favorites are the sushi crispy rice, truffle fries, crispy mozzarella, the loaded nachos, and any of the pizzas. We come here more often than I care to admit. We typically like to come earlier and put our food service in so we have time to eat the food before the lights go completely out for the movie and also so we don't annoy the people behind us with our food orders. the service is always really nice too!

How can anyone hate this place? It's my go to happy place. Let's start off with FREE garage parking, if you go to iPic, it's validated. That alone should entice you to come and hang out here. Theres tons of food options around even though I haven't explored, it is Fort Lee after all, where it's food galore. Once you enter, you're greeted by a beautiful lobby and great customer service. I always go 2 hours before the movie starts to get a meal and drinks. Obviously it's not cheap but it's decently priced, it's for date night! My go to is the Pom which is the pink drink in the photos. If you like sweet, this is the drink. If you don't finish, you can bring it up to the theaters. Isn't that great? :) Truffles fries are a must but they ran out this weekend. Truly a bummer bc I always look forward to their truffle fries, but their regular fries are just as good. Thin fries, big portion, freshly cooked. Bf had the burger which was perfectly grilled and my salmon was amazing as well on top of fresh arugula and asparagus. Highly recommend. The restrooms, omg the restrooms! It's so clean! It's beautifully decorated and smells great. Each stall is a spacy room, and I love that privacy. Although they probably should upgrade the frost on the glass doors because theres some wear and tear and I can see the ladies inside pretty clearly lol. Just don't look but when you're washing your hands you can't help it because the mirrors are directly in front of the stalls. Our seats didn't have blankets in the theater but ask and you shall receive! They dropped them off before the movie started and it was so comfy! Clean, soft and perfect. After experiencing iPic I will never go back to regular theaters. I've been pampered and spoiled rotten. Movie not at iPic? Looks like I'm not going. Lol.

Cheers!

I absolutely love this movie theater! This is our second time venturing back to my home town to see a movie. Parking is across the street and they validate your parking up to 3 hours. Of course the movie we saw was 3 hours but it is what it is. Really should cover parking for the length of the movie and to give you the to walk to and from your car. We got the "premium seating", which gets you waiter service throughout the movie, blanket and a comfortable recliner with a table for two. I had the Espresso Martini, which was very tasty. Then we just had a few apps. We got the nachos with chicken, pretzels with cheese sauce and honey mustard and a bowl of the roasted Brussel Sprouts. Yes, that sounds weird but they were soooo good. No better way to see a movie. If the parking situation gets tweaked that they validate you for the length of the movie, it's 5 stars all the way.

I was fascinated by the artwork displayed along the walls.

My daughter treated me to this wonderful theater as an early birthday present. What a wonderful experience! We were pleasantly welcomed by all staff members and made to feel as if we were VIP's. The food tasted freshly made and was very tasty. I had the sliders which were amazing while my daughter had the chicken teriyaki skewers. We sampled each other's food :-) What I loved most of all was the private booth seating accommodations, along with our spacious dining table. It was a little chilly to me, but they thought of that as well by supplying all patrons with complimentary cozy throws as keepsakes. Perfect atmosphere.. I had a wonderful time! We plan to purchase a membership and go there frequently with other family members.

Ask the Community - IPIC Fort Lee

Tienen las películas con subtítulos o en español?

No hablo espaniol. Lo siento.

How is the screen and sound?

The screen and sound are very similar to any AMC theatre, nothing special. Don't expect THX sound and 4K UHD. IPIC charges you a premium for seeing a movie with less people around you.

Any know how to find the booking I'd number to check for my tickets online? It appears I didnt log in when I made my purchase and so it's not connected to my account

They can find your tickets with the credit card you used to make the purchase when you get there

How close are the cheaper seats? Are they a comfortable distance or too close?

The cheaper seats are way too close to the screen. If you must buy a ticket for the cheap seats, bring ibuprofen with you...you'll need it for your sore neck and strained eyeballs.

They having showings at 8am and at midnight. My question is when is the bar & restaurant available? could I get a beer at midnight and ice cream at 8am if I wanted? Trying to figure out what time to book..

Everything is available at midnight and I’m not sure they’re open at 8am

How you have to dress?

Casual

Are the blankets changed after each use?

Yes they do

Do i need to reserve in advance fir tickets?

While it isn't required, it assures that you get the seat that you want. Their is assigned seating. Also, it is super easy to reserve tickets with the phone app. You can set up a payment method and earn reward points with an account.

Are they open on Sunday's?

Yes.

I want to try this new place but i seen how much the tickets too much for me does the ticket include food too and drinks cause if i have to purshase 25 00 ticket and food and drinks well no its too much for me?

It'll be all worth it Carmen! I assume the 24-25$ dollar ticket means you want the premium plus… Read more

(I'm assuming the grub came from the trattoria above us.) Lots of flavor, a few entrée options to pick from (made ahead of time) to appease any preferences or dietary restrictions. My only issue was whoever was working the salad station was entirely too heavy-handed with the sliced radishes. Ease up on those next time, partner. The show: exactly what you probably expect/fear/need/want - equal parts goofy and interesting, ridiculous and intriguing. It's well thought out, constructed and paced. (We were 'warned' from the start - how much 'we' put into it is what we'd be getting back out and that's legit... some people were completely "in it" and you could tell they loved every second of the adventure, whereas my in-laws started to fade after about 90 minutes.) I should fess up I was positive my "thinking outside of the box" was going to snag me the win but I completely flubbed and it's safe to assume my final guess was the WORST one of the night. (Some advice: pay attention to ALL the clues. Don't try to be too damn clever or it'll bite you in the rump!) The three hours went by smoothly... lots of laughs, lots of interacting with the other diners (suspects!) as well as the actors and before you knew it - crimes were being solved, tabs were being closed and it was time to head back into the cruel streets of the city that never sleeps. Biggest issue (aside from the radishes!) - parking, of course. (A few blocks away was the only option and that added another $50+ to an already expensive night.) We were a party of seven (which is how many were seated per table) and I think we would've had an even better time had we been split up or went as a smaller group (so we could mix-and-match with other people, including the performers). Most definitely worth checking out if you're out for some fun that can appease (older) teens to their grandparents.

I enjoyed their Crescent Dip, which is a hummus dip with whipped feta and comes with a massive chip. The Full Moon Rice I wasn't really a fan of. After those two, they came out with the entree, which they called Fire, Water, Earth; essentially beet, halibut, and short rib. These were alright, not amazing. The third and final course came during the intermission of the show, which was a bunch of dessert treats and they were delicious. The show itself was fantastic. It was more than just aerobics, has there are also singing, dancing, and violinist. You may get wet in the front so FYI. There's also some fire involved. Overall, a well put together show. The concession stands had really nice items to buy and great photo ops. As we were waiting to go inside, my boys were knighted and that was so cool to see as they were having the time of their lives! As we were walking towards our section to sit down, we saw a royal falcon, which was pretty cool. As time is getting closer, we are now waiting to be seated. The medieval decor, costumed staff, dramatic lighting, & music instantly set the vibe for the night. There was a full bar if you're down for a drink or 2. Also, you could find souvenirs everywhere for purchase(they even had full armor suits for sale & portraits). The show itself was incredible & so much fun! The knights, sword fights, jousting, horseback stunts, bird tricks, & crowd interaction kept me entertained from beginning to end. Every section was cheering loudly for their knight & booing the opponents which made it even more fun & hilarious. The horses were absolutely beautiful & so well-trained. I even got a birthday shoutout from the king & Queen. We both(my cousin & me)also got a souvenir pic & medieval times flag to remember the moment. Some of the food was surprisingly good too! Eating w/ your hands really added to the whole medieval experience. For starters we had tomato soup & garlic bread. The garlic bread was toasted & flavorful and the tomato soup warmed my belly w/ delightfulness. I dipped the garlic bread in the tomato soup to add razzle & dazzle. Dinner included roasted chicken/potato & corn on the cob.The roasted half a chicken was tender(the white meat was a little dry though) & the skin was crispy! The corn on the cob was sweet, juicy,& tasty. The potato needed some salt & pepper unfortunately, The overall dinner portions were satisfying & I was full. But not full enough to pass up dessert. Since I was celebrating my birthday & we were VIP Serg gave me a slice of vanilla cake w/ frosting & sprinkles extra besides the usual eclair. The cake was ok kinda tasted like it came from a Costco. The icing was a little too sweet for me(almost gave me a toothache). The eclair wasn't good it tasted like they freezed it then refreezed it & then tried to defrost it. It was watery & still a little frozen. Our server Serg was on point, super nice, & took good care of us. He didn't miss a beat & even gave me a birthday shoutout. What I loved most was how interactive & energetic everything felt. It's not just dinner it's a full experience that makes you feel like part of the kingdom. Whether you go w/ fam, friends, or for a date night, it's def something everyone should experience at least once. I had an amazing time & would def go back again! It actually was my 2nd time here.

Bar drinks and desserts were not incorporated in the 60. dollar plus added gratuity to the total, paid before entering. This murder mystery was a bit uhh quirky. One note is to, be there on time. I was under the impression that it was food from 7:30 - 8:00 pm and then the performance murder mystery. Just at 8:00 I walked in and already had missed the gun shooting of the lead victim. The young lady playing the cop, went right along in roll and questioned me as to why I was late and where I was a short time ago. The police officer she was portraying had clothing not up to snuff with black sneakers. The overall acting could have used tweaking. But as it is for entertainment, I went along and got into it asking people around me all kinds of questions. There was a scene of someones head but it was not made clear to the audience quite how that fit in. However Jon Avner artistic director and founder of the company, who writes and customizes the stories to fit the request and need of the people who higher his company, actually was pretty funny and acted well in the part with the interaction of the audience participants. Some of them were pretty funny too. Near the end of the performance the audience and suspects are given a paper form to fill out along with a pencil that reads Murder? 1-888 shoot em and asking to write, basically, Who done it and why. Then the chosen best audience actors get a few gifts and the person who comes closest to the correct-who done it gets a shirt and some other goodies, this time including some handcuffs. Again, all in good fun. Ok, so I was the one who logically wrote that it was the Lieutenant. It wasn't. But I choose not to say more to prevent any spoiler alert. As for the place, while the people there were nice and it is a local bar and not one I would likely frequent, 3 stars is about it for their rating.

I love watching movies on a big screen with a tub of popcorn and some fizzy pop…read more I also love local NJ history, vintage treasures, museums, and old Hollywood--all packed into this art deco space, the BFC. Things to note: It's one theater with a disconnected parking garage around the corner. General admissions tickets for a film are $15 for adults, $12 for seniors and kids. Live event general admission varies, maybe around $30-$35 depending on the event. You can head to their website for a full calendar schedule of what they're showing. Adjacent to the lobby you can visit the art gallery and see the upcoming and rotating exhibits. Head up the red carpet staircase to the Streichler Gallery and you'll see digital screens along the wall, a Steinway piano, and the entrance to the VIP lounge and private viewing box. It's a real treat for locals who take pride in living around so much history. Did you know they'll be showing When Harry Met Sally on New Year's Eve? That sounds like a lovely way to ring in the new year. So calling all cinephiles, history buffs and Film/American Studies majors, let's go to the movies!!!!

One theatre, general admission and reasonably priced. Stop by their museum and have Karen show you around. I learned a lot about films in the Fort Lee area, and some surprising facts about the area. Free parking behind the theatre in their garage makes it easy.
