Mike met me and the manager of the shopping center and said he would replace the sign at no charge. For three months I have tried to get Mike on the phone and he refused my calls. He claims that the City of Bonita has strict guidelines and that he now refuses to live by his word. I called the City and the replacement sign would be fine to replace. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SIGNS AND THINGS NO MATTER HOW MANY YEARS THEY ARE IN BUSINESS!

I decided not to use their service and went to the USPS location across the street near Publix, where I paid $10 for the same type of Priority Mail service. I also spoke with the USPS employees about the price I had been quoted, they laughed and were surprised by the amount. They also told me the owner of the pack and ship, buys stamps and other supplies to upsell at their pack and ship store. I'm a local and have supported businesses in this area, including helping various businesses after the hurricane. I believe customers deserve to know when they may be paying significantly more than they would through USPS directly- and they certainly deserve to be treated with basic respect when asking a legitimate question about a price. I strongly recommend the USPS (which mins away) before using this Pack & Ship location. I will not be returning, and I'll be sharing my experience with other members of the local community.
