After many failed attempts by buyer to get Island Guitars to honor the return and send buyer a return shipping label, Reverb was asked to step in (which they did luckily) and they had to force the return process. When I called 1800 customer service number, I was informed by representative Carlos based on their system New York and New Jersey are the only states that rent monthly NOT rent to own so I was continuing to be charged. I asked for reimbursement and was told he couldn't do anything and a supervisor will call me. Supervisor Ana called me back 5 days later and I was told the only thing I could do was return the instrument to not get charged anymore. I escalated it to a higher level supervisor who again didn't call back for a week, while I returned the instrument that day in store. Maggie and Chris were in the store and they apologized and stated they couldn't do anything and to continue with the 1800 number. I've re-ordered a couple of different sets of custom guitar picks from In-Tune over the past few years and I have to say I've been COMPLETELY blown away by their products! They leave ALL their peers choking on their dust for quality, durability & wide variety of choice for both the picks AND the custom prints! On all my past orders I've received friendly emails from their customer service representatives during the design process to offer their unbiased & experienced advice on the designs I've provided, advising alternative suggestions to perhaps help make them look more presentable & professional as possible. This proves to me that In-Tune really CARE about their customers and the quality of products they provide. I have to say that although there is a standard processing / shipping time period mentioned during the order process, it seemed like after settling down for what could have been a long wait, my picks were printed & shipped from the USA to the UK in what must have been the eye of a tornado! They practically arrived before I hit, 'Confirm Order'!!! I can highly recommend their 1mm GrippX-XJ Jazz Style Picks for versatile rhythm & shred in equal measure! The GrippX-XJJB are also negotiable for those with longer fingers, although as the name suggests, this is the pick that stays in your hand until YOU choose to let go of it... no pocket knife engraving required on these bad boys! Don't take my word for it, check out the In-Tune Website... their extensive client list of professional musicians speaks for itself... In Tune Guitar Picks, Inc. = The Best In The Business!!! InTuneGp delivers the goods in the world of custom-print guitar pick production! With many styles, shapes, colors, and thicknesses to choose from,InTuneGp provides the highest quality guitar pick for your hard-earned dollar. Most importantly, you don't have to be a multi-platinum recording artist to afford an order from InTuneGp....they cater to the regular people as well as the name-brand touring artists.1 gross- minimum orders.VERY FRIENDLY(AND PATIENT,LOL) STAFF! The whole ordering process is very easy and they even e-mail you a "proof" of what your custom-print guitar picks will look like....you give them the approval, and -BANG- now, you're the coolest dude in your neighborhood! The guitar picks that I have gotten from InTuneGp are very, very durable and the art-work on these things doesn't smudge at all! The turn-around on my order was pretty quick. I literally had my guitar picks the day after they were printed! Give this company enough advance notice on what you need and they will make it happen! If you have ever have the need to order guitar picks or custom design them, then absolutely look no further than In Tune. I knew nothing about the company, or guitar picks or how to design them, but with In Tune, it was so easy. They were helpful and sincere on the phone and my final product was, well, nothing short of amazing. I will order from no one else, ever. I am working on a new project for my company (at long last) and will be contacting In Tune soon for another order of their picks. I used them previously as promotional and even now, when I exchange them with seasoned musicians, they always admire the quality of the picks! So, In Tune knows what they are doing and make a quality product that real musicians admire :) Thank you In Tune for making me look good, even when I didn't know what I was doing! In tune was so easy to work with, especially for what is a custom and personalized product. It's essential for working musicians to have marketing give always and tools for their trade that are tailored to the individual and the business message. In Tune made the process of ordering custome picks and products so easy, that I've recommended to all of musician friends. My initial design was somewhat messy and not very clear. Within 1 day, In Tune corrected my mistakes, improved the graphics and delivered my product in time for an important show. Brava! Price and quality are better than what I can get in the local stores of Boston. I will use in tune GP again, and again. read more

InTuneGp makes guitar picks of EXCELLENT quality. Their prices for this superior product are great. The quality of print on the picks is top notch. Turnaround time is quick. And the variety seems endless. Both guitar players and I (the bass player) order all our picks from InTuneGP. Right before we embark on a tour, we make sure to stock up. Each of us orders a different style, size and shape. We always make sure to put a great design on each side and InTune prints them flawlessly. When you throw a pick into the audience, you wanna make sure that pick is something special - InTune definitely makes it something to hold on to. -Hank Hell Seventh Void read more

I've been ordering custom picks for over 30 years, and from many different companies. It took me long enough, but I've finally found the last place I'll ever need to look! InTuneGP has a fantastic selection, incredible attention to detail (even with complex artwork), quick turnaround and fair pricing. On top of all that, their customer service is unrivaled. As others have already stated, InTune picks are very high quality. I know this because I have tried 3 other companies. InTune has a better, more durable inking process and overall superior shopping experience. Their website is easier to navigate, prices are comparable, shipping is a little faster than others. With the other companies, they would print my artwork off-center which is really annoying, or the ink would wear off quickly. I wear out my picks long before the ink starts to show signs of degradation. InTune sends out top quality picks with no room to complain, in my opinion. read more

Over the past 5 years, I've designed and ordered 8 different picks, with a 9th order in the works as I write this (April 2012). Their customer service is always superb, the prices very competitive, and the start-to-finish turnaround time is never more than a couple of weeks. I've been collecting guitar picks for over 20 years and have been actively pursuing InTune's picks since they started printing them! As more of a collector than a user, I know a great deal about guitar picks, and the quality and printing of an InTune pick is second-to-none! Thanks Bert! read more

This company is the best when it comes to guitar picks and custom picks. I've designed and ordered a bag last year and honestly it just looks absolutely perfect. No flaws in the print, ink is very durable and the pick itself lasts quite long as well. Great customer service as well, they really help you out with any questions I had about ordering and designing the pick. They told me what's doable and what I had to touch up a little bit before ordering to get the best quality. Like I said this is the best company for guitar picks in general! read more

Great place to buy your guitar picks. Just so easy to place the order, great quality, pretty quick and not expensive, even if buying from europe. The picks are so durable, the printing is very hard to wear off (not as in some commercial brands), and generally they make a pretty good impression on the fans!
