My lips turned out lumpy and uneven from my injections. I asked during my appointment if the large…read morenoticeable lump would go down and was told it would. 2 weeks later (after letting the swelling go down and it still being very noticeable), I called to see if I could have them corrected only to be told that I could and it wouldn't cost me extra, then calling back 20 minutes later to confirm the appointment and being told it would cost me $385 to have them fixed. When I said I didn't think that was fair because I wouldn't be getting more added if it wasn't for the fact that they're terribly uneven, I was then told I had to come in almost 2 weeks later (so I have to continue to walk around like this) and they could "only tell me at the appointment if it would cost me the $385". Not happy about this. Update: After posting this review, I got a call almost immediately offering to "fix it". I went back for another appointment and had an injection to dissolve the lump and was given another syringe "for free" to even them out/make up for the syringe I paid for being dissolved. I did not have the entire syringe injected at the appointment and was told it was being kept for me to have injected at a later date. I waited another month and the lump was still there so I called and made another appointment to have the rest of the lump dissolved and the rest of the remaining syringe injected, and also mentioned purchasing another syringe as well. When I got in the chair for this appointment, I was told by the nurse she "did not want to inject me with filler any more because I did not update my review to say the problem was fixed" to which I replied it was not fixed. She then proceeded to argue with me saying that they were nice enough to give me another syringe "for free" (even though they also dissolved a good portion of the syringe I paid for and then refused to inject the rest of the one they "gave me"). She ended up only dissolving more of the lump and I left. I will not be back here and will be glad to pay another medical spa for fillers who will do it correctly from the beginning and will not blame their customers for their errors or badmouth you when you come back for correction. I will also be telling all of my friends & family of my experience and will be following up with the Better Business Bureau. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere!!!

I walked into Midland Sports Rehab for the first time last Thursday. After dealing with chronic…read moreneck pain for over 13 years, I thought it would be just another adjustment that fell short. Instead, Tim listened to my concerns and decided on an alternative... muscle scraping. Tim explained everything, answered all my questions, and reassured me (when I had my doubts) that I don't have to live in pain anymore. The first visit was good, but the game changer came the second visit (Tuesday). For the first time in 13+ years, as I drove home, I FINALLY felt relief (at moments, I felt ZERO pain in my neck)! I just finished my third visit and I can't rave enough about how much of a difference this has made! For years, I have lived in frustration that my neck always hurt, and never thought I would feel better. Thank you Tim, and Midland Sports Rehab, for understanding that one size fits all treatment plans don't work, and for finding the one for me so quickly. For once, I look forward to the next visit, to see where we can go from here! The only regret I have, is that I didn't come in sooner.

The wax was also apparently too hot because I got a rash and major skin irritation where the waxing had been done on my eyebrows. However, I called back recently and asked to see another stylist and had a completely different experience. This time I went to Angela, who was very friendly, very knowledgable, and did exactly what I asked (after I explained what I sort of wanted and she offered some suggestions which I took, and am very happy I did). My hair is even this time too! She also discussed different coloring possibilities when I asked, and said that she is a color specialist so I will likely be back in the near future for some coloring work. I haven't gotten an eyebrow wax job done again yet, but I would recommend Angela for your hair care needs!

For over 15 years, my family and I have been patients of Auburn Chiropractic Center. We love Dr…read more Scarfe! She cares for her patients and goes out of her way to help them leave feeling better than they did upon entering the office. For example, she knows that my chronic hip issue requires more: she stretches my IT bands each time, giving me more of a range of mobility and helping hold my adjustment longer. Dr. Scarfe also cares by hiring good people: for the front of the office and even a massage therapist. Just today, I visited the office as a walk in. She was busy, right before lunch, yet she fit me in with a smile on her face. We moved away from Auburn three years ago: it would be more convenient for us to find another chiropractor, but we wouldn't dream of it. We make the trip once or twice a month, and it's always worth it.

They will be rude and make you feel like you're a burden to their day from day one! I also loved the fact that the "Doctor" actually called me fat after I described a pain in my lower back from a previous injury that I suffered while exercising. Not overweight, not heavy, but Fat. What a great way to make someone feel comfortable in your care, especially when you only recently gained weight due to a bout with depression. What a horrible office, stay away.
