I waited until 0915 and changed back into my clothes and left the building. When I got to the parking lot at 0920, DR. Goldes was parking his car and was heading to the office. If DR. Goldes does not respect his patients anymore than that, I suggest he not make appointments until 0930 and perhaps he could make it to work on time then. I will not return to Associated Dermatology,

Although I was MRI'ed for cranial injuries, he NEVER ORDER EVEN AN X RAY of my neck. After living in terrible pain for weeks, I went to his office as the hospital told me I must for a follow up when I visited St. James Health Care of Butte MT, and the ER here sent me home (still with a broken neck, not treated). When I got there, I was very agitated as he was my last hope. I did become agitated when my neck was not discussed and I was thrown out of his office, being told I have mental health problems. After trying that route (mental health councilers) THEY sent me to get an MRI and I am better now. ALWAYS get a second opinion as this boy is no doctor.

The woman at the front desk (maybe 30's, short dark hair) told me she would get them transferred within the week. I just called and there is no record of the request and nothing in the paperwork, despite the TWO forms I filled out. She lied to me, likely threw away the forms, and she deserves at the very least a writeup. My gallbladder is failing. I vomit constantly. I need surgery or I might have even bigger issues, and she did not feel it necessary to do what I asked to let me have potentially lifesaving surgery. I have an ORGAN that is FAILING. This is not a matter of medication info or something else a pharmacist can also help with or any other situation. This is quite literally life or death and I am unimpressed by the negligence.

He is the most unprofessional healthcare employee I've met. Brandon ignored privacy / HIPAA regulations. Once you get behind the door with him, he doesn't "ask" you to do things, he DEMANDS you do things. Never a "thank you", never a "please", ZERO bedside manner. He was so bad that I pulled out my iPHone and started recording his voice, although that was difficult because he spoke very little - only when he demanded an answer. He should be replaced immediately. On a much better note, the rest of the staff were 5-star experiences (reception and Dr. Chamberlain).
