So we needed a place to stay for 2 weeks while they finished our new home. I will NEVER stay here again, and if I could get my money back I'd leave today. This place is filthy!!! Roach infested, Mold covers the walls in the bathroom. Stains all over the walls through out the suite. Some of it looks like blood. Grease splatter all over the ceiling above the kitchenette. Carpet is so nasty that if you walk on it with your bare feet, it turns the bottom of your feet Black.. On top of that we noticed a smell when we went to bed the first night. We looked everywhere we thought that it could be coming from. The bed was new or newish and the sheets were clean. So we chalked it up to the carpet. That is untill it was house keeping day. I pulled all the covers off the bed and to my horror the beds cover sheet was completely covered in god know what kind of stains. And that's we're the smell was coming from. WTH. YOU Advertise a $296 a weekly rate, we get here and it's over $400 a week. The old bait and switch BS. As soon as I can, I will report this place to Environmental health agency. I have pictures.

This place is HORRIBLE. They don't deserve any stars. The place is old, smelly, and full of roaches. When I brought this up to Rachel, the manage, I was told I would be removed by the police if I persisted in talking about the roaches. I had to leave for fear for my safety and my health. I contacted the headquarters and requested a refund and was told too bad. Buyer beware!

Cockroaches all over the place including the laundry facility.

Completely sucks! No towels or toilet paper and nasty sticky floors. Stay away, spend the extra money for a better place!

We stayed here on a cross country road trip and thought that the hotel was okay…read more We checked in and headed to our room. The first thing we noticed was that the elevator was due for inspection in June of 2025, and we stayed in November of 2025... The rooms themselves were fairly nice. They seemed like parts of the room were nearly renovated. The shower seemed new, the dresser, and the side tables seemed new, along with the coffee bar area. The windows and window coverings did not look new... Our biggest concern was walking into the room and seeing 3 black spots on the ceiling. After investigation, they were ladybugs. We found later that there were roughly 10 under the window cover... ladybugs are not the worst bug to have in a room, but NO BUGS are more ideal. Breakfast options were okay. Nothing crazy or exciting. They were out of hot water the evening we arrived so we could not make hot chocolate in the lobby.

They can improve everything. There was nothing right about this stay. Very old and outdated…read moreeverything except for the TV. My second, and thankfully last, night I come in after a very long day and night, with lots of bags, and I get up to my room and neither of my keys work. I downloaded the digital key and that didn't work either. I called the front desk and he said he can make new keys but he couldn't bring them up so I had to grab all of my bags and go back downstairs to get new keys. I had to use the bathroom very badly so as soon as I came up I dropped all my stuff, went into the restroom and turned on the light to find what looks like a roach crawling around. This is ridiculous. I did not expect this from a Hilton hotel. I am VERY disappointed, disgusted and tired. I'm also concerned now because my luggage and other items were open in the dark room all night and I don't want to take any creepy crawlers home with me. This was the last thing I needed on my last night in Atlanta. Definitely would never stay here again and wish I did a little more due diligence and checked here, instead of the Hilton app, for reviews because I probably wouldn't have booked here.

Stayed here for a 4 day training through my business. Room is clean, maintenance was prompt to fix…read morean annoying buzz coming from the toilet. There is a sign in the bathroom that says if you forgot something to ask front desk and they will replace it complimentary. Well that was t true. I ran out of my mouthwash and floss and the lady at the front desk said you have to pay for those and it wasn't complimentary. This hotel is older but definitely well kept. Breakfast is complimentary from 6:30-8:30am snd is pretty basic. You get a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in your room.

The couple of times I've stayed here, I've experienced the following: 1) Guests: Strange guests that smoke marijuana in their rooms. They have a no smoking policy so I'm not sure why they can't kick them out. Smells like Motel 6 at times 2) HVAC: A few months ago, I was in a room where the AC was not blowing any cold air. Settings were correct. I reached out to the front desk and they sent their maintenance person who opened the front panel and plugged something in. Well that didn't work either and finally they decided to give me another room. 3) Roaches: Yes.....do I need say more. 4) Cleanliness: Sheets are not that clean and neither are towels. You can tell when one towel is more yellow then the other. If you really look at the bathroom floors, you will find hair everywhere. The pull out bed from the couch is this old filthy mattress. The bag with the sheets and pillow were probably up there for a long time as they did not smell right. Had to get that swapped out. And don't bother looking under the sofas....you'll know how well housekeeping cleans. 5) Elevators: Stay away from them. Back in July 2024 we were in the left elevator and when it reached the lobby we heard and felt this loud thump. Then it took the door 20 seconds to open. We started to use the one on the right. Well, fast forward to last week's stay, we were on the same dang elevator and as soon as it reached the lobby the door would not open at all. It kept trying to open but it was stuck in a loop where it would close before it could crack open. We tried pressing the button, but no luck. Then I hit the 2nd floor and it still would not do anything. I ended up calling using their emergency line and they stated they'll get someone from maintenance to assist. Well 10 min go by and I was about to lose it. All of a sudden the elevator began to go up to the 2nd floor and opened. We pretty much ran out and took the stairs. Then when they saw us they canceled the fire fighters to assist. An Out of Order sign was never placed and another guest got stuck as well. Then they finally put up a sign. They were willing to give us some money back for the stay but it would not benefit me b/c my employer paid for the room so they gave me extra points....only 2,000 points...not enough for anything.
