I originally picked High Tide because I liked the name but once Taylor came by for the estimate, explained the process and timeline, I knew I was going with High Tide. It's a busy time for roofs so Taylor touched base with me often to check in on when we could expect him and his crew, when they could deliver supplies, etc. If I had any questions, Taylor was just a text away.
