I can not begin to express how amazing this experience was. Kat is absolutely fabulous! I was nervous to spend so much money gambling on a boudoir photo shoot that I hoped would turn out well. However all my fears were unwarranted, from start to finish the whole experience with Intimate Expressions was amazing. Stacie answered all of my questions quickly and understandingly and made booking my shoot easy. After I booked it I was still nervous about doing a boudoir shoot but when I spoke to Kat over the phone a few days before my shoot she instantly put my mind at ease. She is such a kind and gentle soul, you can tell that she genuinely cares and wants to achieve the end result you are dreaming of. When the day finally arrived I was so excited but the nerves quickly fluttered back. Upon arriving at the studio I was greeted by Camilla who was doing my hair and make-up. I knew what I wanted my hair and make-up to look like but was nervous about getting it done as nobody has ever managed to recreate my vision so precisely before. Camilla did an amazing job! My hair looked beautiful she kept asking me for honest feedback and worked with me til it was exactly how I wanted it. When I saw my boyfriend later on in the day (this is a suprise for him so he thought I had gone to get my hair done) he said I looked beautiful and it was the prettiest he had ever seen my hair, his favorite style on me so far! :-) Camilla did my airbrush make-up after my hair. It was beautiful, exactly what I wanted! Usually make-up artists get a little too heavy and creative for my taste. But Camilla listened to what I wanted and made me look and feel beautiful! From hair and make-up, Kat met me in the dressing room where we decided on my outfits before touring the studio to map out the shoot together. Kat makes you feel so comfortable, making the whole experience relaxing and so much fun! She listened to me and worked with me to get the shots I wanted. Kat is obviously a pro because she had so many fabulous ideas to personalize the shoot not just for me but for my man as well. Kat constantly showed me sneak peeks of the photos on her camera throughout the shoot. (They were stunning!!! Seeing then made me relax even more and built my confidence!!!!) The time flew by and by the time it was over it felt like a dream. It was such an unbelievably amazing experience that I will never forget! My experience with Kat at Intimate Expression Photography was amazing! I wanted to give my husband something special for our 10 year wedding anniversary. He had mentioned a photo shoot in the past but I was rather hesitant about it all. I stumbled upon Kat's website and I loved seeing her images they were breathtakingly beautiful! I plucked up the courage to schedule a consultation, I got to sit down with Kat and talk about her work and what I wanted to do. She really takes the time to get to know you and listens to you ( not once did I feel rushed). Just talking to Kat made me feel a little more at ease about doing a boudoir shoot, plus her dressing room is full of clothes and shoes that would make any woman excited it's like playing dress up :) The morning of my shoot I was pampered by Camila who took care of my hair and makeup. She made me feel like a celebrity and the end result was so beautiful! I was very nervous in the beginning but after only a few clicks of the camera and Kat's amazing ability to make you feel comfortable I really started to have fun. Kat genuinely cares about your satisfaction she showed me several of my shots throughout my session one of which brought tears to my eyes. It wasn't just about obtaining beautiful pictures this whole experience gave me a renewed sense of confidence about myself.
