Doctor Vessels has been the only Doctor in Bowling Green who not only listened to me but tried to trouble shoot the pain that was going down my leg. Awaiting a response to my email and phone call. The Procedure did not work, still in pain. What next?

I honestly wish I could give zero stars. If you want to be demeaned, sit in a waiting room for nearly 3 hrs to be seen for 5 min and belittled, then he's your man. Eric Vessels, you should be ashamed of yourself. I understand now why your reviews are so terrible. Your seat is no doubt reserved in hell for what you've put me through and likely many others. You lied about me on my medical record and I'm not about to let this one go. I have no drug seeking behavior, but because of you, I will be filling a urine cup every month just to make you look like the fool you are. the doctors do not care and will let you go thru withdrawal when they are the ones who upped your dosage to what it is. office staff is rude and don't care one thing for helping their patients out half time you get voice mails and takes weeks to get a call back unless you advocate for yourself and just keep calling. I was right about needing a new treatment plan that that was refused after many request I stopped the Butrans patch (no bad symptoms) not a opioid or narcotic. I am allergic to opioids. Had injections of steroid as I had requested and was denied by IPS. I was told they did not keep it in the area and could not get it from across the hall or next door in the MD's office. My horrible depression has lifted as it was a result of the long term use of the patch. I am lucky they decided to no longer treat me as I can now obtain more appropriate care. read more

I was referred to this clinic by my neurosurgeon. I saw Dr. Reynolds and he discussed with me procedures that could give me relief of pain, which is a step before surgery with my surgeon. I take coumadin, which is a blood thinner. I am a nurse. I understand procedures and ethics. I was told by Dr. Reynolds in my consultation that "there is no need to do anything about the coumadin with this procedure". I also was given written instructions for this procedure in which nothing was mentioned about coumadin use. I had to miss a day of work today to receive this procedure for pain relief. I arrived for my procedure. I was taken to a room and had my blood pressure taken, and an IV placed into my arm. The young girl (who was very nice and caring) said she would check labs to see where my level was for my coumadin for their records. She came back to the room a few minutes later and informed me that my level was high (but in my normal range), but too high for Dr. Reynolds to do my procedure. Dr. Reynolds told me coumadin would not effect my procedure, so why at the morning of my procedure I'm notified that it does....and it was after I took a 12 hour shift of nursing off (loss wages) and told my procedure would have to be rescheduled. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS CLINIC OR ALLOW THIS DR TO BE PART OF MY MEDICAL CARE. I lost a whole 12 hours of wages, my time, time for my driver to bring me, along with the stress and agitation of the incidence, which did not help my pain in anyway. I am reporting to my insurance company to notify them so they deny all charges that may be submitted for this Dr's wrong doing. I am notifying patient affairs for this company of this too. The young lady told me she was sorry for this happening and said she understood how I felt, not allowing her to reschedule. Of course the Dr was "busy" and not able to come face me for his wrong doing. I work in healthcare.....and I can only imagine how people without medical knowledge are tossed around and inconvenienced. If you receive their services and never have a late or missed payment they will report you to a collection agency. Even when you continue your normal payments (despite them being either very incompetent or downright fraudulent) and your bill is paid in full they will still try to collect more money from you over a month after your bill is fully paid that you never had a late or missed payment on. read more
